The Powerade Ion4 Fruit Punch Sports Drink 32 Oz is definitely a go to drink for me. I love the taste of this and it is not pricey at all. Highly recommend trying this drink!

This is my favorite Powerade flavor. Always my first choice when I wanna get hydrated quickly and feel better whether it’s dehydration from a night out or from being sick.

I love Powerade. Same great taste! Same great price! It doesn’t exactly make me feel energized right away but I do feel better after a workout while drinking these.

I wish I had a reason to drink this all the time. Unfortunately sports drinks can be really bad for you if you’re not drinking them and working out or being active. Otherwise, this would probably be my daily go to (besides coffee).

Power aid is very effective gives me the energy I need. It comes in very nice packaging. The ingredients are mild enough that it doesn’t upset my stomach yet gives me the energy I need and the price is right.
