I love this Powerade and prefer the zero sugar, but they are so refreshing and hydrating. I put them in my kids lunches. I take them to work. Bring them on road trips. They're a great source of fluids.

Great for gaining electrolytes. Flavor is good not much of salty after taste. Ingredients are exactly what’s needed to hydrate and recover. I don’t care for red drinks so I steer towards more clearer.
