I dont personally drink these i buy them for my family and they love them! They are reasonably priced and you get a lot too.

It's not too sweet and is best ice cold. No one wants warm powerade lbh. The flavor is good and the hydration is good too. I'd buy it again.

Red one is my fav. It’s pretty good cold on a sunny day. The one thing I would improve is the fact that they taste a lot like sugar.

These are such a good sports drink if you are an athlete. They are meant to be watered down a lottt so that you get lots of fluids tho
