Installed on my 2022 Subaru Outback Premium almost a year ago and noticed an immediate improvement in handling and traction. We liked them so much that we put them on the 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6 Touring. After a year of driving through downpours and this past awful winter of sleet and snow, I can honestly say that these tires are phenomenal. These CrossClimates saved me from getting hit on a couple of different occasions once being able to stop in pouring down rain quickly and once on dry surface. We were able to make it up our driveway in the ice and snow this past winter when others couldn't. Awesome tires. We have had no issue with noise or wear. I was sad when I traded my car in recently for a new Toyota Highlander hybrid platinum but we made a promise to ourselves that as soon as the OEM tires wear out we are installing the Cross Climates 2. Didn't install the CrossClimate2. They installed Goodyear WeatherReady2. But I"m satisfied. I was struggling between these two before arriving. Serviceman was nice and very attentive to detail. Communicated effectively. They addressed my concerns.

I was a little hesitant when considering these tires because of the unusual tire pattern. I have purchased Michelin tires for many years because of the quality and reliability so, based on other people's comments and reviews, I decided to buy them. So glad I did. I have them mounted on a 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I have found that they are smooth and very quiet, surprisingly so when driving on a rough portion of I-95 through Georgia. They hold the road well during rain and are highly rated for snow and ice, which I may be driving through in New England in a month or so and I am confident they will perform well. Lastly, I also have had great experiences purchasing and maintaining my tires at Sam's Club. In the past they have repaired punctured tires and even provided a substantial credit through the manufacturer when my Michelin Defender tires didn't last as long as they should. These are great tires, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase!

First time buying tires from Sam's. Other than the fact that alignment had to be performed elsewhere, it was a good experience. [I do not understand why any store that sells tires doesn't offer alignment service, but I know Sam's isn't alone in this respect. I guess the equipment is too expensive.]

Came home and found weights for the rim sitting next to rim... Installer sucks.. NTB TIRE RACK they price match wish I knew
