I am happy to say that these tires have been incredible in every way! I used to roll on CT Extreme Contact tires for years and I am now very happy to have switched. The traction is awesome both on road and off road. The performance in the rain has also given me a greater confidence that my SUV won't spin out. I recommend this tire to everyone who enjoys both on road and off road driving.

Didn't install the CrossClimate2. They installed Goodyear WeatherReady2. But I"m satisfied. I was struggling between these two before arriving. Serviceman was nice and very attentive to detail. Communicated effectively. They addressed my concerns.

I was a little hesitant when considering these tires because of the unusual tire pattern. I have purchased Michelin tires for many years because of the quality and reliability so, based on other people's comments and reviews, I decided to buy them. So glad I did. I have them mounted on a 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I have found that they are smooth and very quiet, surprisingly so when driving on a rough portion of I-95 through Georgia. They hold the road well during rain and are highly rated for snow and ice, which I may be driving through in New England in a month or so and I am confident they will perform well. Lastly, I also have had great experiences purchasing and maintaining my tires at Sam's Club. In the past they have repaired punctured tires and even provided a substantial credit through the manufacturer when my Michelin Defender tires didn't last as long as they should. These are great tires, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase!

The resent ice and snow, these tires performed excellent while traveling 250 miles! Stopping and starting and over snow packed roads total control I felt safe and actually enjoyed the trip!

We had our doubts about these tires. We didn’t know how they would handle or the road noise. We are throughly satisfies with them. They have an exceptional ride and handling. These are more quiet than the last set we had.

I was good was the day I wanted to purchase the tires. They would be delivered to the store in three days. Three days later they were at the store . I called for an appointment to get them installed and it would be 10 days. I needed tires right away so I had to go elsewhere and buy tires and get a refund on the tires that I purchased from Sam's Club.

First time buying tires from Sam's. Other than the fact that alignment had to be performed elsewhere, it was a good experience. [I do not understand why any store that sells tires doesn't offer alignment service, but I know Sam's isn't alone in this respect. I guess the equipment is too expensive.]

I purchased the Crossclimate 2 tires 6 years ago. They perform as advertised. (Great on dry, wet and snow but only slightly better than an all-season tire on ice) Fuel economy has been has better than the Bridgestone Ecopia they replaced. The only reason these tires got a 4 rating is because when it came time to replace them, they were always out of stock. I pushed through another prairie winter at the wear bars… I know… not smart. They still got me through without incident. (141 000 kms) I finally decided to switch to Pirelli. Hopefully, Michelin decides to bring in the Crossclimate 3 before I need purchase my next set.

Came home and found weights for the rim sitting next to rim... Installer sucks.. NTB TIRE RACK they price match wish I knew
