This Jeep doesn't do soccer games, but it does do snow -- wet, deep and powder plus all conditions inbetween. No wonder Eskimos have so many names for snow! The LTX tread pattern combined with siping provided a great balance in all those conditions, plus forays into some fairly serious rocky off-road trails with nary a slip. They are predictible in the twisties and quiet on freeway concrete, even with rain-groves. The wear-bars are starting to peek through and soon fall will be coming -- and the Jeep is getting some new shoes. Another set of LTXs, size 245/65-17

I drive 80k to 90k a year towing/hauling from CA, to NV. in a company 3/4 ton truck. Michelin LTX tires gave me handling/braking whenever called upon, loaded or unloaded, If I was in the desert at 112 degree or 90 degree Ca. I felt secure driving on Michelen!

I replaced the tires on my Roadtrek 200 Motor home. I couldn't believe the difference in the handling, how it held the road. They made the ride much smoother with less rattle in the vehicle. I own 5 vehicles and in the future will use Michelin on all of them. I can drive with confidence!

Have previously bought Michelin tires because they are pretty durable, the traction is decent and they're comfortable The handle isn't as great on my truck so I may need to look at different brands but they do work and get the job done in the summer months. But when the winter comes I have to make sure that I have a year-round tire with really good tread

These are the best tires made. I bought 4 LTX/MS in 2006 for my Xterra. I just notice today that I will have to replace them within the next 5,000 to 10,000 miles. I pulled the paperwork and they were installed @ 223,000 miles. I now have 385,000 miles. Do the math folks, Yup, 162,000 + mile and riding like new still. AWESOME. See what routine rotating and air pressure checks will do for you. And yup I can back it up with detailed paperwork. Only wish I could afford to buy these again. This kinda sounds like a commercial.

these tire are the best in the business ,you can't find a better wearing long lasting tires . i have these tires on 2003 sliverado 2500 hd with a duramax diesel .they have over 30000 miles on them they look like i just bought them . i live in north east ohio winter gets pretty bad ,have the time i don 't even but the truck in 4 wheel drive what a great tire

I have this tire on a 2000 F350 Superduty with a super cab. Every tire I've had on the front of this truck has been toast by 35,000. Terrible feather on the side treads, just worn out. I have 39,000 on the Defenders and they are in great shape with even treadware all the way across. Only half way.

The Michelin MTX M/S is a great all-around tire. After 53,000 miles on these as stock tires on my 2010 Honda Pilot, and after extensive on-line research, I decided to replace them with the same tire. They are excellent on the highway, and give a superb feel and control. They also do well in the snow/sleet/rain that we get here in Maryland in the winter. I also take them on a yearly off-road excursion in the Outer Banks, to a beach house that is only accessable by driving on the beach 8 miles each way - this is not a hard-packed beach like Daytona, but just the beach - have never gotten stuck and am sure that I won't. They are a little on the pricey side, but I would rather spend a few extra bucks on tires than on an insurance deductable because I saved a few bucks on tires and got into an accident. Just this past weekend I drove up to New Jersey in a terrible dounpour most of the way, and I felt confident that me and my family were just fine with these tires - no hydroplaning issues and a solid feel. Would definately buy these again. I am a huge fan of the brand - great tires (I have Pilot Sport A/S Plus's on my 04 TL, and they are the best tires I have ever owned).

I had run-flat Pirelli tires on my new Durango R/T...I replaced them after not even 12,000 miles with the Michelin Defenders.... HUGE Difference! Quieter. Better ride and better traction. I had these on my Jeep Grand Cherokee too and they are far superior to any other tire I have used

The absolute best tire on the market in my opinion. I have always been a fan. Like many other drivers I have tried other brands when deals seemed to good to pass up, however, I have always returned to Michelin. The old saying, "you get what you pay for", is very true and aptly applies. These tires have the best ride and are extremely dependable. They will always be my first choice when new tires are needed.
