I absolutely love using M&M minis in my baking (which I have no pictures of the cookies I made as the neighborhood kids got to them before I could snap a pic!). They taste the exact same as the normal sized ones and they don't lose their color when baking. I love snacking on them as the two tablespoon serving is enough to satisfy any sweet tooth.

My kids get them on occasion because I used to get them as a kid. Something about the plastic tube package was just the best tasting candy. Always fresh and the minis were always a bit crunchier. And they're cheap which is a bonus.
