This is more a review about the TIRE MOUNTING PACKAGE than it is about the tires. I had an appointment for 10 AM and arrived a few minutes early. They got my paperwork completed quickly and told me it would take about an hour. When I was done shopping I took my purchases around the the outside as there was no one at the counter inside. My car was on the rack but they had made zero progress in mounting my tires. There was one tech working on my car with an air gun trying again and again and again to loosen the lug nuts without any luck. After about 10 minutes of this he puts the air gun away and goes in search of another tech to assist. He ended up having to use a ratchet bar and with the aid of a breaker bar was finally able to break the lugs free. At this point the tech who was using the air gun was no where to be found. All the second tech did was break the lugs free. He walked away to take a truck that he had been working on for a test drive(assuming). After about 10 minutes the first tech finally returns and removes the lugs and starts mounting the tires. About this time a female (presumably a manager) comes out and notices that an employee had parked in an area where he should not have. He gives her the finger and tells he that he isn't moving it. A few words are exchanged and she goes back into hiding. Meanwhile a 3rd tech shows up and wanders around aimlessly, getting a drink from a refrigerator and proceeds to lean against a counter, drinking his drink, doing nothing productive. After about 2 minutes of his standing there the woman returns from hiding, notices his standing there and he proceeded to look busy, but was still doing nothing productive. it took the first tech almost an hour to mount and balance 2 tires and reinstall. The woman instructed his to assist as the last tire was being mounted on the car. What was supposed to take 1 hour ended up taking almost 2 hours. And I should mention that my car was the ONLY car in the shop. Don't thing that I will use SAMS again.
