I prefer the 14 over the 12 primarily because of the initial taste. But the lingering taste is also smoother than the 12. When I’m flush with spending money, I splurge for the 18.

I always have the 14, 15, 18 and 21 year Glenlivet in my home bar. They are smooth and refreshing drink. The year that I drink depends on my mood. Great mood the 21 always wins. Glenlivet is the only Scotch I drink home and out.

My local liquor store recommended it. I wasn’t planning on buying it but am glad I did. It was smoother than most. It took me a few sips to adapt and then really enjoyed the rest of it! It’s always fun to follow local recommendations and have them pay off. The price point was also surprisingly reasonable for the good quality. It’s a repeat in the future. Thanks!

my husband and I love this single malt whiskey! So tasty and delicious! We would try all the types they have. We always know that it doesn't matter that guy, it's delicious! This is a great value! All you need is a nice glass of whiskey, ice, and voila!

While I enjoy all types of whiskey, scotch and cognac from around the world, this offers a solid fragrant and tasteful punch to the palate. It has hints of vanilla, and I seem to get a bit of smokiness in the back. I will only ever drink whiskeys straight, and this is a nice sipper.

That almost natural gold color from the spirit along with the purple and white from the label go so well together, almost speaking “royalty”. For the price point I believe you’re getting what you paid for. A nice spirit with a nice aroma followed by a smooth taste on the palate of orchard fruits and honey vanilla.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying Glenlivet Scotch. This 14 year old single malt is finished in cognac casks. It is very light and soft with mild sweetness and a slight fruitiness. No smoke but a touch of bitter char on the finish. Overall not very complex but very easy to drink.
