Best A/T

This is the best tire I have found for my Cherokee Tailhawk. Quiet, excellent wear and smooth ride. I have 53,000 miles on this set and can put another 5,000 on these easily.

Lasted 36k miles, every tire dry rotted

Overall they are nice tires, but due to the tread being worn down, and every tire having dry rot, I have to replace all tires at 36k miles. Bought these on a 2019 GMC Sierra. Replaced 2/4 tires under GMC warranty, and within months the new tires have also began to dry rot in on the side walls. Will never buy Goodyear tires again.

Tires came on new vehicle

These tires came from the factory on my 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71. They didn't even last until the 2nd oil change (14000 miles). I couldn't afford to buy 4 new tires every 6 months. I have never had to replace tires in less 50000 miles. Very disappointed in the tires.

Pretty good tire

Pretty happy with these tires so far. Mud traction isn't the greatest, but I also didn't get stuck using 2wd. Wet traction seems great, no virtually no slipping at all. Can't comment about snow traction yet, but I'm anxious to find out how they preform. Dry traction is really good, tires are very quiet and ride is smooth and comfortable.

Soft Comfortable Tire

So Far - So Good... I like the tire, it is soft and comfortable both on and off road. Although the tread is a bit aggressive, you wouldn't know it by the way it rides and handles on the road. Replaced my SRAs with theWrangler TrailRunner AT and I am happy so far. Still new, so long term wear and usage is TBD...

ABSOLUTE NAIL MAGNETS

I have had these tires for 15 months now and last week I got my NINTH NAIL in them. They absolutely attract nails, unlike anything I have ever seen. I've had the same daily routine for years now and nothing has really changed. I go to the same places and drive the same amount at the same times. Hadn't gotten a nail in my tires for at least 3-4 years. Then I buy these tires and within the first month, I got a nail. Then a nail in my tires most months since then. I had heard some treads were inferior because of the pattern, and that certain patterns grab debris much more aggressively. I thought that it was just a myth until I got these. I don't work on or around construction sights, so it's not like I am putting my tires in danger by driving in high-risk areas. Let's not forget that the earth stood still last year. These tires perform well, but I wish I had gone with a different tread pattern. I've spent $200 on tire patches alone. Definitely WILL NOT be getting another pair of these.

Fantastic,

Air them down to 30psi. With these AT TRs my 01, 4.7 Grand Cherokee handles grippy in loose scree, I wish I could show you the goat trails I've taken this down. Totally unmaintained, strewn with boulders and doll heads, deep washes, crisscrossing the trail with about a 12% vertical and 12% pitch, low lock and 1.5-2.0 mph. I have dash cam footage. The Solid Axle GC can handle anything. I did this in a stock GC and these tires eat it up. For the price are you kidding me. Air them back up to 51 PSI and they get me 23 quiet. Makes the G. Cherokee handle like a 1987 toyota 4x4 on the road. Little body roll and grippy.

Great, if you like replacing tires...

These tires came on my wife's 2021 GMC Yukon AT4. They wore down to the point if replacement at just under 28,000 miles. It's 03/31/2024, the second set is at the tread bar - 52,457 miles. I'm definitely not going to put a third set of these "embarrassment to the Goodyear name" tires on her AT4. I've been working on cars for over 40 years, and these are the worst tires I've ever had. Never again.

Outperforms for the Price

The take away: monsters in the snow, quiet on the highway (for an A/T tire), and reasonable tread wear at an affordable price. I have these installed on my winter/offroad vehicle, a 1990's stock Jeep Cherokee 4.0L. That old Jeep has never gotten stuck. The tires have pulled me up many a snowy dirt road, once packed so deep that my diffs were dragging along in the snowpack but somehow the tires kept finding traction. Just this year, after about 20k miles on the tires, I made it up a very steep, icy/gravelly incline that had already turned away three other vehicles with much more expensive tires. I have pulled two full-size trucks out of the snow. Offroad, it's like the tread has claws in it. Highway performance is good enough, with noise levels being much less than a knobbier treads but noticeably louder than a dedicated street tire. Handling is fine, but does leave something to be desired in heavy rain. Treadwear is acceptable as I still have about half tread after ~25k miles. Finally, the price. How are they so good for the price? I have been laughed at for "not enough plys" and "cheap rubber", but I guess I'll let them continue spending 2x on tires while I keep the change. Bottom line is if you are looking for a modestly priced, respectable off-road tire to get you where you need to go when conditions are cold and wet, this is the one for you.
