These are the factory tires on my 2016 BMW. Very happy with the last set of tires which got 30,000 miles, which is pretty good on a performance car. Very quiet for run flats, and handle very well in rain. Only giving three stars due to horrible service at Gaithersburg, MD store. Ordered online (no issues). Tires came in five days later, which was not an unreasonable delay. However, when I called to book appointment to have them installed, they had no availability for 10 days! Took the first available appointment at 10:00 am. Arrived five minutes early. Approximately 70 minutes later, they called my cell ( I was walking around store) to tell me that their tire technician could not get my lug nuts off the wheels. Out of 20 lugnuts (5 per wheel), he could only get four of them off wheel. He explained there was no option except for me to drive to a mechanic or another tire store to see if the lugs could be removed. Exasperated, I drove 20 minutes to my local mechanic who got 16 off easily and quickly, and the other four with a breaker bar in just 30 seconds for each lug. Back to Sams Club. Dropped off, and waited another 75 minutes before they call again telling me technician still could not get four lugs off the wheels. Could not believe this, as they were all just taken off and re-installed to exact torque. Again, no option but to wait as they re-installed other 16 lugs and back to my mechanic. He told me Sam's club had now stripped the four bolts, so he had to spend 30 minutes getting them off, and had to wait while he re-ordered four new lug nuts. Back to Sam's Club, now five hours after my scheduled appointment. My technician had another car on lift, so it took them another three hours to finish installing my four tires. Total of six hours, ten minutes, and the added cost of my mechanic fixing what they couldn't. Manager was gone when I returned second time, and no apologies or goodwill afforded to me for the disaster I went through. Will never have tires installed at Sam's Club again.
