I replaced my Pilot HX MXM4 93V XL, which i had for 11 years for off winter use. New Sport All Season 4 are much better on wet surface, but the noise level when driving 50-80 km/hr is quite loud...louder than the Pilot HX MXM4's, and louder than my winter tires. So I plan to keep them on this winter and will report back how well "All Season" means.

I've had my tires for about 9 months now and they're awesome!! My previous set of tires were the Continental Extremecontact DWS06. If I were to compare the two, in terms of performance and comfort, the Pilot Sport A/S 4 has been quite a bit better in the dry and wet weather...gas mileage is approximately the same for both tires. I haven't had the opportunity to drive in the snow so I don't know which tires are better. But in terms of treadwear, I would give a slight edge to the Continentals.

These were quite a bit softer and quieter than the Pilot 3 + tires removed after 40,000 miles. The Pilot 4 AS felt initially like it wouldn't be the same in handling as the 3+ AS but that was totally wrong. They handle great. I would definitely buy them again.

Purchased these AS/4 tires to replace factory Pilot Sport Cup tires at 10,002 miles. These tires are much quiter with improved ride and very good lateral grip. They will go up in smoke with a hard launch or agressive accelration out of a hard turn. However; under normal driving conditions they are great. Highly recommened to anyone daily driving a high performance sports car.

I've installed the Pilot Sport A/S 4 on my 1995 Camaro Z28 I've own this car since new, over the 26 yrs of its life I've had several different tires. I can honestly say that this tire lives up to the Michelin standard, awesome performance in wet traction excellent overall. If you have the opportunity to purchase these tires in your size if available just do it you won't be disappointed. Only negative thing about this tire is the availability in all sizes.

Bought these tires about a year ago and have no complaints at all!! They're much grippier than my old tires and are whisper quiet. Unfortunately, my MPG has taken a slight hit, but that's a small price to pay for much more confident braking and handling.

I live in NJ and put these on my car in October. Debated getting winter tires but wasn't sure if I needed something that extreme. Replaced the stock pilot sport 4S (also a great tire) to get ready for cold, wet, and sometimes snowy roads here in northern NJ. Have 3500 miles on them currently and couldn't be happier. Very confidence inspiring tires in the extreme cold and wet or dusting of snow and are capable in a few inches of snow on the road. MPG is down 1-2 miles and I haven't noticed the road noise that some people mention. Very happy so far.

I've had a few good tires in my life, but nothing like the wow factor of this new design. The wet traction is outstanding. This tire inspires a lot of confidence. So much technology with the tread design and the compound. I'm not looking forward to the snow, but with this tire I feel that it will not be a problem. This might be the perfect tire for the Pacific Northwest. I live in Vancouver BC and we get lots of rain. My old set of P Zeros feel like crap in comparison to the Michelin AS4. My Mustang loves these tires !!! :)

Had to replace the tires on my 2018 Civic Sport and I can't believe the difference. I previously had some “high-performance” Falken tires that weren't bad but after a couple days with the Michelin Sport A/S 4s I finally understand. This is the first Michelin performance tire I have ever driven on and my car is a completely different machine on these tires. The level of grip is superior to any tire I have ever had, even in the rain. My car feels like it is floating until I cut the wheel and suddenly it becomes glued to the blacktop. I am a very aggressive driver and understand the value of having tires you can trust on your car and I love these tires!!!

I no longer engage in terribly spirited driving (its been 25 years since racing school), but I still appreciate a superior sticky tire. I have also gained a fondness for a quiet , smooth ride, which you normally don't expect with a performance tire. I was therefore pleasantly surprised at how much these tires delivered all these qualities with so few of the usual compromises. For my purposes, this was an excellent choice, with much more grip than the OEM tires, and equal smoothness and very little more road noise. Unless you think you want a super stickey tire ( and are willing to pay the price in dollars and discomfort), I recommend the A/S 4. It looks like the new standard for an all season performance tire.
