Incredible amounts of snow traction. Initially a bit rough when you buy them, but after about 500 miles or so they feel just fine. We got some heavy snow here and I took them up several steep hills in a FWD Passat, zero issues. incredible stopping distance When you need to come to a stop on snow and ice. They are a bit pricey but consider this, its half the cost of owning a pair of all season and winter tires. I am sold for life.

I am a person that has been told I am OCD over my tires, and I telll my mechanic I am picky when it comes to tires. Having said that, I have put on about 20,000 miles on my CrossClimate 2's that I made my mechanic go and find and I would buy these again in a heartbeat. Even as they age, the traction and confidence in wet are remarkable almost as if there is no rain or snow below you. Stopping distance is terrific with these tires and they ride like a dream! The only cons that I've found are a 3-5% reduction in mpg (I have an HEV) and one tire continuously looses about 5psi 2-6 weeks.

I had these tired installed on a 3000 lbs curb weight wagon/hatchback, about 6 months ago and have been very impressed. Typically with funny wheel drive, starting on a hill on wet pavement involves lots of patience to get going without sitting there spinning the tires. That is greatly reduced with these tires! They are just as impressive in the snow. I drove up a steep street, without being able to get much momentum due to pedestrians sledding in the street, with about 6 inches of snow that was semi-compact having been driven on by a 4 or 5 vehicles. There was some wheelspin, but I was controlling it and didn't lose momentum. The only con is a little hit to fuel economy, which isn't as bad after they break in. They are also great on roads that have that slick liquid de-icer applied, and have not hydroplaned once, in northwest washington state.

Have had these tires for over a month now and living in Alaska have really gotten to experience the full range of winter conditions with these tires. I have them mounted on my Model Y performance, overall the traction is excellent in winter conditions on both ice and light to deep snow up to 12", very comparable to a dedicated winter tires that I have used. Wet traction is also excellent, honestly feels like dry conditions while in wet. I was honestly impressed with how quiet these are, and are very noticeably quieter then the stock 21" that come with the car. The only negative that I can say with these are that you can't really feel the corners, if you are sliding and you often won't notice as soon as you would with a traditional all season tire with a different tread pattern. Would recommend to anyone living in a colder climates with snow and not wanting to switch tires. I haven't noticed a huge loss in range with these tires like other people have stated.

Purchased tires in November, I've driven during heavy rain fall and the tire traction is excellent compared to previous Michelin tires I've owned. Excellent handling/traction on dry roads as well. Love the tire design and the look of the tires. Most of all, I feel safe with the handling and traction of the CrossClimate2 tires.

Placed these on 2019 equinox and love them. Great stopping traction and great handling. Noise level is low when comparing it to an all terrain tire but low compared to a highway tire. Don't really care about mpg so don't notice but still close to same mileage per tank during fuel ups. Have put 15k miles on them and can't even notice a change. Great traction on road dry or wet pavement and good off road use for gravel dirt and grass. Not a mud tire so never tried.

I researched for a tire that was good for all four seasons and just not an all season radio radial tire but something that performs great in like even deep snow or hot Arizona sons son. I was looking for a tire that had great traction ratings on dry and wet conditions, all season, snow rated and good for the Arizona heat. This tire was really the only one that had all those parameters along with the high mileage, 60k long lasting. I had them installed today and my first impression is OMG! These tires are so quiet, the ride is so smooth, when you go over a manhole cover kind of thing you can't even feel it, it just feels like you're right you're sitting on a cloud and again it is just so freaking quiet. Tomorrow we're expecting snow and rain in the mountains of Arizona I am eager to try them on the roads for their lack of hydroplaning and their ratings for wet and snow I wanna see how it works on the back roads of a big snowpacked off road and then also driving on the highway puddles for hydroplaning I am hoping my impression and my excitement still holds up. I don't see any reason why they will not. I strongly recommend these tires especially for SUVs I own a Subaru 2019 Forrester sport

Excellent Ride and performance! When I was researching tires to purchase the Michelin Cross Climate 2 stood out because of the number of reviews. I found that on the 4 tire stores near me, the Cross Climate 2 had almost 5k reviews 4.8 rating. No other tire came close with number of reviews. This was a testament of the excellence of this tire!

i had the premier a/s on my 06' accord for 5 1/2 years, i had negative feedback from people saying that the tire is noisy but they are wrong.after a week on these tires i can say that they are quiet and just as good as the premier. i would recomend this tire 100% of the time

After a lot of research and talking to a lot of different sales people at tire shops about what tire to buy I decided to go with this tire. I live in Ohio and work about 50 miles away from home. These went on an AWD Honda CR-V and have performed wonderfully. My fuel economy improved from the low quality tires that were on it when I got it, rain traction is marginally better, the ride quality and noise level are the best I've ever had and snow traction over the past Ohio winter was outstanding. Under a level 3 when I am required to get to work I had no issues confidentially and safely getting to and from work. Great fuel economy, even being a brand new tire. Couldn't of picked a better tire, and will definitely be buying another set!
