I drive a 2013 Elantra Limited. I uses this car to commute to work 5 days a week. (120 miles round trip) I was buying Michelin Premier A/S. A great all season tire that gave the car a great ride and averaged 60k per set. I wanted a tire that was better in crappy weather and read about the CrossClimate 2's. The Good - WOW, they really are AMAZING in bad weather. Even when going thru large puddles, the Premier's gave me that hydroplaning feeling. The CrossClimate 2's I have full control! The tires are just about 9 months old and already have 20k on them. The Bad - For the first 10k the tires were loud and almost sounded like they were rubbing up against the car especially when cornering. Fuel mileage has suffered, I was averaging 36-38 miles, now 34-35. If you live in an area that gets snow, (bad weather) these are excellent tires, I would highly recommend them. If you live in more a sunshine state, I think your just going to look at that gas economy drop.

Bought these for last winter, this first blast of winter this year has been horrible for those on the roads but my car handles beautifully, slows down and stops without much hesitation. And the aesthetic of the tires are awesome too. My big Hyundai Santa Fe gets better gas mileage too about 23-25 in a big suv is pretty good!

Our new vehicle came with Toyo A36 OEM tires. However having the vehicle delivered in December, we switched tires and rims for Michelin X-Ice Snow SUV tires. During that winter I read various unfavourable reviews of the Toyo A36 tires. I also read very favourable reviews of the Michelin CrossClimate2 four season tires. When it came time to change out our winter tires for all season tires, we had the brand new Toyo's removed from the aluminum rims and had the CrossClimate2 tires installed. The CrossClimate2 tires have a very aggressive tread. I jokingly call them 'tractor tires'. However these ride extremely well, quiet and comfortable, eliminating most road imperfections. These are great in rain and slippery road conditions, hugging the pavement. Alternatively these are excellent on gravel roads and offer a very controlled ride. These are proving to be a formidible tire for spring, summer and autumn driving.

I bought the MICHELIN® CrossClimate®2 tires for my car after reading about their impressive performance in various conditions12. I have to say, I am very satisfied with my purchase. These tires are amazing! They stop shorter than other tires I have tried, both on dry and wet pavement. They also last longer, which is great for saving money and reducing waste. And they handle well on snow, which is important for me living in Northern Ohio. I feel safe and confident driving with these tires, no matter the weather. They are truly all-season tires that deliver on their promises. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, durable, and versatile tire. Installed on a Sonata 2012 - couldn't be happier - no longer have to find room for storage for 4 additional tires on rims (now living in a condo), highly recommend the quiet ride, handling on corners, good stopping distance in rain and excellent in the snow. What more could I ask for?

I highly recommend these. My wife and I put these on our Nissan Murano. We live in North Dakota. The roads here can get quite bad in the winter. My wife was in an accident(due to bad roads), she lost control and totalled my truck. I wanted her to feel comfortable again driving. These tires are the best tires I've ever seen in the winter. The control on bad roads is amazing. Highly recommend these if you deal with 6 months of winter. Only downfall is they're sighly louder at 80-85mph in the summer. Not bad enough for me to give them anything short of 5 stars.

Outstanding and very happy. 2010 Honda Element AWD in light snow in cool temps was great for an all weather tire. Very low noise level, great ride and handling in a crossover vehicle. I can't comment on fuel milage as we just switched to summer fuels around the time of purchase, my guess is average to good. I live in a ski resort and this is my year round tire until the snow flies then I go to studded. Perfect setup.

I purchased these Cross Climate 2's for my wife's 2013 Ford Edge in 2021. We have always been Michelin fans but these are noisy. Yesterday she replaced her Michelin snow tires with these and I went with her on a long drive to the eye doctor and I could not believe how noisy these were. She had told me last year they were noisy but I didn't pay attention but I sure am now. I read reviews where clients said they were quiet, so I was very surprised today and yes, I apologized for not listening to her. She wants rid of them so we will be looking at another quieter set (They will be Michelin).

First off I’m a huge Michelin fan until now. Everyone raved about these so I plopped down a weeks take home and had them installed on my rogue. Huge mistake! I had primacy’s and absolutely loved them but these are horrendous. They ride like they’re filled with concrete, dropped highway mpg from 31 to 27 and produce a noticeable hum. To make matters worse, the vibrate @80 mph and all the balancing and alignment checks in the world can’t get rid of it. I bought an extra set of factory rims and had a competitors tire installed, which was almost 59% less and the vibration is gone. Bad tires! They do wear like iron is the only good thing I can say. I use these now for a winter tire and hope we don’t get snow so I don’t have to swap wheels out. So disappointed in what I spent for such a gimmicky tire.

I purchased my CrossClimate 2 tires for my Honda Ridgeline G2 in preparation for Wisconsin winter. Turns out it barely snowed in my area last winter so I can't really rate the tires snow performance. I can say I've been highly impressed with the tire's wet and dry performance. Very stable in all conditions and I have noted a slight improvement in gas economy. There is a slight hum from the tires, but I only noticed it when I first purchased the tires and was curious about it. Since then I never notice road noise. Highly satisfied with my purchase and will definitely purchase again unless a CrossClimate 3 comes out first.
