Purchased a 5 year old sport trac with 69000 miles. It had new Michelin LTX M/S tires. At 175000 miles and 106000 miles on the tires, I am wondering if they are ever going to wear out? Light hauling, highway miles,some trailering. Great all season tire .Best I have ever owned. Thank You Michelin Man

After purchasing another brand, I turned around and bought the michelins like I should have. Smooth and extremely quiet ride. I got 80,000 miles from my last set. Gravel roads don't chew up the tread like on other brands. Worth the money in the long run.

I have a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. I now am ready for a new set of tires with 67,762 miles on my vehicle. The tires are fantastic in the snow and quiet on the highway. I did lots of research and could have purchased less expensive tires and that would have resulted in noisy tires and would not have lasted as long. Michelin is the best value on the market. Thank you for a great poduct. My truck has new tires on now and rides like it was brand new!!!

These tires came as standard equipment on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. At 85,000 miles they needed to be replaced. The folks at the tire dealer thought I was crazy for putting such expensive tires on an older truck, but I told them that I planned to drive it until this set of tires wear out and I would be making money with the more expensive tire.

I only use Michelin tire on my cars and SUV. I know they cost a little more than others. Theirs time when my money would rather for me to buy a cheap brand but I always know that the michelin tires will perfrom and last for the money. Dad always told me it only takes a little more to go first class so spend extra on one`s you love. That`s why I buy Michilen tires for our vehicles.

2018 Frontier PRo-4x. Replaced OEM tires with these since i am not a true off roader, and mainly on highway. I picked up 2mpg+ with these. Rolling resistance is awesome, stopping ,and more importantly cornering is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY better. Great road Manners. Slightly stiffer than the softwall off road tires i had. But these work just nice. not to mention, they can go to 80psi???? WOW... NOT that iw ould do that. My first set was bad, the dealer did a warranty claim, and as soon as i rolled out i knew right away how great these were. Makes the truck more of a nice commuter truck now, with the ability to "trucK" when needed. I really do enjoy these, and the improved gas mileage is with the AC on all the time soo, so perhaps 3mpg or so improvement.... This replacement set used way less weights, and again these tires really do look so nice. Gives the truck an upscale "gentlemans" look if you get my point. GREAT road manners, it's still a truck, but GREAT road manner improvements.

These tires are on our 2005 Class C motorhome. Although we don't put many miles on this vehicle, we have never had a problem with these tires. They are comfortable and give very good control and riding comfort. We had to drive during a period of severe winds and rain for about 5 hours, and we were amazed that we did not suffer any loss of directional stability or traction. Also, these tires appear to be resisting weather checking and any signs of aging. Tread wear is excellent.

The prior generation of these tires were awesome. Absolutely loved them. Quiet, durable, and long lasting. Bought these thinking that I would get the same service and quality. But I have to say that I can't stand them because they absolutely ROAR going down the highway. They are the loudest set of tires I have ever owned. I have owned off-road tires that don't make as much noise as these. If the amount of noise these tires make rolling down the highway matters to you, DO NOT BUY THESE TIRES! I wish I could get my money back...

I bought these for my Ford F150 supercab 4Dr.These tires are excellent for city and highway use.I will recomend these tires for all applications-rain,snow,hot weather-curves braking,stopping all of a sudden.Just a great all round tire and i will always purchase michelins for my vehicles.I will need some for my Ford Escape and will be shopping in the next 6 months.Thanks Michelin for such a great product--lifetime member

We bought two sets of these tires about 15 months ago. The Michelin Defender LTX are wonderful tires for my wife’s 2011 Odyssey van and my 2009 Acura MDX suv. Have road tripped them both 1000’s of miles and they are smooth and quiet and are also great around town whether wet or dry. I took the Acura to the Rocky Mountains and these tires inspire great confidence even through a foot of fresh snow. And quiet on the highway (less than 68db). Plus the 18” version of these tires have 12/32 of tread when new, so they are going to last a long time. Much better for a heavy van and SUV than the “regular” Defenders IMO, since those are built for lighter cars, while the LTX version is for heavier ones like a loaded down minivan (well north of 5500 pounds when loaded with 6 people, 2 dogs, and tons of luggage). Don’t be turned off by the LTX version for your minivan or luxury SUV. They look cool too, are built for a heavy vehicle, and are still super smooth. I have about 15k miles so far on the Acura MDX’s tires. Just drove it 2500 miles round trip with the LTX tires to the Colorado mountains and back through all types of weather: dry and smooth interstate as well as blinding snow a foot deep. They were super smooth and quiet crossing Kansas on the interstate, and never slipped in the Colorado snow. Could not be more pleased. I would recommended this version of tire over the regular Defender for heavier vehicles, since I would not have thought about an LTX tire since one normally thinks about a pickup for an LTX tire. The tires have stayed 100% balanced (as all Michelin tires do!) and wear evenly. Kudos to Michelin for engineering a great tire for all the family vans and SUVs out there.
