This tire is the best one on the road for me. I have over the years taken this tire way, way off road and often I've pulled 4x4's with more aggressive tires than these out of situations they could not get through on their own. I drive a stock 2013 Ram 1500 4wd and these tires not only take me wherever I want to go but they ride smooth. I often go in sand, snow, mud, rocks, you name it and this tire is gonna get you through. It takes a long steady foot on the accelerator but these tires will find a way to get you through. I live in the in an area that has chip seal roads. these are the most unforgiving roads on tires. I have 2 4x4 autos. the least milage I have recevied was 21000 miles on a set of tires, not Michelin. next set when needed on my auto will be the Michelin as I know the result from using Michelin. also installed Michelin on my fathers suberu, still on after many miles and in good shape. thank you-

I purchased this set of tires in 2006 and they have provided excellent service. The mileage and traction these tires provide is the best of any other tire I have owned. This set of tires has 60,000 miles plus and are still going. I regularly tow my boat with this SUV and found there traction both on the road and at the boat ramp to be very good.

I purchased these tires for my Tahoe in 2016 because they came highly recommended. I've really liked their performance over these years with the gentle driving I do, mostly city -short distance to work, errands, and one trip to Colorado. However, I've only driven 38,000 miles thus far and am being told I need to replace due to tread wear. I understand the recommended replacement time period, but it seems the tread should have lasted longer than this. Am I missing something?

Have 60,000 miles on set of Michelin tires on heavy Diesel pick up and going strong. While pricing out new set was advised that have a good 15,000 left on tread. Has been mostly highway miles but towing RV trailer for half of it. Good handling and traction for highway tread. Fourth set of Michelins and will buy again.....

I was traveling and had some time to investigate new tires. I put the agent through a lot of questions and he knew everything about tires and even more about Michelin. He took his time, was able to answer all my questions as well as help me make a great dicision on the tire I chose. I truly love these tires and I am so happy I bought them too. The vehicle rides so well and they have enhanced the drive in rain and snow as well. I will be purchasing another set when that time comes and with all the dog rescue transports I do, that might be pretty soon! Thank you for making a great tire that I feel safe with.

This is my third set of the LTX MS tires. My daughter and I both have these on our SUVs my husband has the AT2's on his Excursion which he absolutely loves! I also have a blazer with the LTX MS , and have Michalin passenger tires on my Honda Accord! When I go to the tire shop for new tires they always try to sell me a different brand and I stop them in their tracks and say I only want Michelin tires! They have a smooth comfortable ride and they last a very long time well over 60,000 miles!

3.7 star average is nuts! I have had 2 sets of Defenders on my Ford Expedition. Nothing else compares! Amazing tread life - 70k is true. Amazing traction - WV mountains no slip, no slide, will go anywhere. Amazing quiet ride. The only tire to buy for your SUV - bare none!

I replaced the factory tires at 25,000 miles and they are going strong with plenty of life left after 70,000. I definitely will be buying Michelin again when I replace the tires on this truck and the Michelins on our second car. Great traction in year round driving and quiet ride.

I had a set of the Michelin Defender M/S tires on my 2004 Toyota Sequoia that I loved. I bought them on June 15, 2017. They ride very smoothly for an LT tire. Because they roll forever, as you approach a stop, you have to get your foot off the gas much earlier. I don't know how many miles I put on them but it was a lot! I like these tires so much that I bought new sets for my SUV and also my pickup.
