I’m a cake decorator an I love getting my icing from Sam Club I can decorate 8 to 10 cakes with 1 bucket of icing

I used to love the icing! The recipe must of been changed. And according to other reviews others are noticing as well. The icing does not spread evenly. Horrible air bubbles form, and the cake cracks and doesn’t hold up even after being refrigerated. It is HORRIBLE!!! Please bring back the old recipe.

I used to LOVE the old icing "But-R-Creme icing. This new one has a couple different ingredients and has completely changed the consistency!! Its hard, stiff, and very difficult to work with!! It doesn't spread evenly and doesn't hold it's shape. The cakes crack after you put them in the fridge. Its COMPLETE terrible!! Bring the old recipe back!!

I have been using this icing for about 5 years. It recently changed last year and I’m not satisfied at all. It gets super soft and takes forever to harden in the refrigerator. I never had this problem before. Please go back to the old recipe, or I will have to start making my own icing. I gave it 2 starts only because it still tastes good.

New recipe is so soft, sometimes greasy, that it is almost unusable for cake decorating. Very disappointed, as I have used this buttercream and loved it for the last 6 years. Please bring back the old recipe or several local decorators will be forced to shop elsewhere.
