- 4 out of 5 stars review2/10/2023We have a New Pathfinder and New Qx60. We put the cross climates on the qx60 and the defender on the Pathfinder. We put them on them one day apart so both tires are New. The ride comfort and mpg with the defender is much better. The cross climate is much harder noiser and eats fuel. Unless you are I'm major snow alot the defender is a better every day tire. The cross climate is mire of a sport tire with great winter performance. We are going to switch them out for the defender this week.

I was somewhat hesitant to buy them because the set of Michelins that came on my car only lasted 36,000 miles. These tires have a longer warranty. I don’t know if new cars come with a lower quality tire or not. A friend of mine had to replace his Michelin tires at 39,000 miles. Hoping for the best!
Love the feel of the ride.

I don't understand the noise criticism being good and bad...can't be both but my limited experience is they are not overly noisy. Traction is not criticized by anyone so I'm expecting that to continue this winter in Illinois. So far so good!

A big improvement over the tires that came with the car. They are less noisy and handle better. I haven’t driven them on snow or ice, but I expect that they will perform well in those conditions.

They last long, rides quietly, and work well in most weather. They are a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it for safety and durability. Not a full winter tire, but great for year-round use.

They're very quiet, smooth ride and handle well. Haven't had them through the winter months but we don't typically get alot of snow. They performed awesome in a torrential rainstorm. 90+ degree temps.

I did a lot of online research and the reviews were very positive on the traction of these tires in the rain and snow. Since I purchased them for my winter car (in Michigan) this was a huge determination in purchasing these tires. I have been very disappointed in the grip in the rain and snow. The tires easily spin when not even giving the vehicle (Dodge Journey) much gas. I paid a premium for these tires and would not purchase again based on performance.

Having previously had the Michelin Sport tires fitted which I was very pleased with and completed over 30000 miles without losing any air or issues. These new Crossclimate 2 tyres are rated at 2X the mileage of my previous tyres and I was expecting a firmer ride. Much to my surprise these tyres ride beautifully with a softer ride and good handling.These tyres have great Michelin support and despite their price I do believe these are good value.

MPG's: at least on my Hybrid, there was absolutely no change in MPG's. In fact during my trip, it continued to increase as expected. I will caution anyone who has seen a drop, it's not unusual initially with new tires. They stick to the road and need to be worked in. Give them a few thousand miles. Noise: Amazingly quiet. Seems counterintuitive given the tread design, but for me, very quiet. And Obviously being a '23, the factory tires weren't worn much so I wasn't suffering from old tire noise. Grip: outstanding.

There a few people here saying that tires don’t perform in snow I really don’t know what there talking about. We have a couple stretches in Vancouver were the snow was really bad and these tires were super amazing on snow especially being in a cul ta sac My Suv ran trough deep snow like nothing and had excellent traction on main road in slushy weather. The performance in rain and dry weather was excellent definitely the best tires I’ve ever had on any vehicle I owned I would highly recommended it.

They are far superior to the OEM Pirellis as you don't feel every bump in the road and are much quieter. In addition, the traction has been excellent on wet and dry pavement. Initially, I looked at these, and another brand, and the retailer told me to get these "hands down." He was 100% correct.
Great tires. Wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.

They have great traction in the dry and the wet no testing for snow yet it hasn’t fallen. As expected small size pieces of gravel will get stuck in the grooves between the rows of tread… easy enough to pop out with a small screwdriver. My Toyota Sienna rides smooth with perhaps a little more noise than a regular summer tire… don’t forget, this is basically an all season tire, so you give up a little to get a lot.

These are the quietest tires I've had on my Volvo XC90 or any vehicle I have owned over the past 50 years. Hydroplaning/aquaplaning is virtually eliminated. Steering, handling and traction are fine and the ride is smooth. I haven't used these tires in snow but they look more than capable. I'm just starting my second season and the tire wear looks minimal.

It was worth the wait, my Lexus now rides like luxury vehicle it is. Ride is much smoother, noticeably quieter and overall more solid feel when making left/right turns. Handles very well and provides confident feeling on very wet roads, hoping for same in the winter. Great tire!

The first thing I noticed was, they are quiet! The handling is very responsive with a good road feel, and stopping distance is very good. I'm anxious to see how they perform in Pennsylvania snows.

I bought these for my wife's Subaru Crosstrek when the original set needed replacement and I have never heard the end of it. They're okay around town but when you get up to highway speeds you can't hear yourself think. Since Michelins last a long time, I'll probably have to suffer with these for 5-6 years!

They are the best ever in heavy rain for steering control. Have not tried them in snow. I had a flat on the rear and had no indicators till a passing motorist motioned me over. The tire tread design might be an acquired taste for some,but are worth the extra cost for the quiet ride ,safety and dependibility. I'll put them on my wife's Avalon.
