We suggest taking the vehicle to an authorized Michelin retailer to get an inspection of the tires. Depending on the amount of snow, it may be that a winter tire would be more appropriate for your application. very quite-smooth ride

just purchased for 2016 taurus limited in the 20" size-previous tires were the pilot sport 3 these primacy tour are very quite and smooth

Horrendous road noise

I just had these installed today and the road noise is horrendous. With the radio volume on high, I still hear the road noise.

Michelle, sorry to hear of the noise, but fortunately there is a Satisfaction Guarantee as part of the Michelin Promise Plan. Your selling retailer should be able to swap the tires out for you.

Best ride ever

Bought 4 new Primacy Tour A/S on March 28, 2023. Don't drive a whole lot, but these are the quietest and best riding tires I ever owned.

Not a good buy

I bought these for the quiet comfortable ride. They do right nice but they are very noisy. Howling as you go down the road.
