I searched several products by dimensions and ratings as I was looking for one to fit our PB duvet cover without the PB down comforter price. I decided to go with this one due to the bigger dimensions, and I'm happy I did. It fits perfectly! It's lightweight but super warm in our house with temp turned down at night. I'm a little nervous about using in summer as I almost get too hot as is right now in winter. I tried a down alternative and decided it wasn't what I wanted and the king size was way too small inside the duvet cover. So glad I found this one with nice dimensions and great price with good quality so far! If you plan to use inside a duvet cover, check the dimensions first.

This has more down than I expected! From the other reviews I thought this would be more like a Summer weight blanket for a warm area, but really it could be a four season comforter even in areas that get quite cold in Winter. Some reviewers mentioned it has no ties to secure in a duvet cover, but they must have improved the design since then. Sam's Club has a good duvet cover so if you want to use this without a top sheet, and want something you can more easily wash, get that cover and use this as an insert. I can tell it has a better casing than other down comforters because no down is escaping so you could also just use it as is. This is a very good value for the price.

The comforter is very flat. I can see through the blanket where there is no down. For spending over $200 I was expecting a very fluffy blanket.

Nothing poofy about this at all. Flat as a pancake. I really thought Sam's Club sent me the wrong item!
