I was so excited. I used it the first time and the food was not fully cooked. The second time I used it the food was still frozen and it was cooking for over 45 minutes. The fact that it doesn't have a temperature setting makes it not cook at the temperature it needs to be. I'm very disappointed. Wish I would have read or paid attention to that before I got it.

It's great! I underestimated the cooking time. I burnt my pizza . I mean I did do what the instructions said on the pizza box but was not expecting the fryer to work perfectly! It's awesome I love it though! Can't wait to try more products.

No way to change the temperature. I think that is a must on cooking any kind of food. Fresh Fries didn't turn out as good as expected. Haven't used it on anything else.

This is a great air frier for small families. It's smaller for apartments or small cabinet space HOWEVER it only cooks on one temperature (there's no temperature regulator). But for first time users or price conscious, it's great!

Great product...have had this one for at least 3 years. All air fryers have a limited life. This one is reaching its end because it sometimes stays on when the basket is removed: not a good thing. Always unplug when done using. But worth the money compared to other air fryers and we have had a few already. You will get the hang of it once you start using. Great for meats (even chops) and frozen or leftover pizza slices. You may need to cut the slices, but the end result is delicious. BTW, quick tip, use a water spray bottle to moist whatever you are baking to get a better end product...even bread...yes, bread...also a little olive oil sprayed on top prevents some overdriving....mmmmm enjoy...

I've used the prior model for years, but wanted this newer one as it does not have a PTFE like coatings. It's great for side dishes or one to two person meals. Its footprint is small enough that it doesn't take over your kitchen counter. The fact that it has a simple dial for time is an advantage. No complex programming needed, just turn the dial. It runs at about 400 degrees after heating up. The advantage of a non-smart appliance got driven home to me lately after my new, stand-alone camera kept trying to communicate with the clothes dryer. Who needs it?
