Works well and simple to operate, literally one dial for time. I found the food service a little challenging to clean after use. The food is great and (relatively) guilt free.

Bought for my daughter to take to her apartment at college. She absolutely loves it. Having only one setting takes all the guess work out if cooking her favorite foods. Works great and is super cute!

About the size of a coffee maker, and easy to clean. Worked the way I expected, just figuring out the timing for each thing I cook since I don't have any experience using an air fryer.

Just got one of these Tasti-Crisp Express Air Fryers recommended by some online cook, while looking for cooking fries in an air fryer. Looks good so far. Item appears to be as described. But the manual- just like most manuals nowadays (if you even get one) is lacking some information. Seems purposely done so the buyer HAS TO go online to find the needed information. Some of the manual recipes say to PREHEAT the unit- but NOWHERE in the manual- or here- tell you HOW TO PREHEAT the unit. I suppose we're expected to know all that already and just be happy happy like all the happy people pictured in the manual.... I'll be back when I try some frozen fries in it- which the manual does NOT tell you how to do. Whatever.

I received my DASH air fryer yesterday and immediately put it to use. It was nicely packaged, had thorough instructions and a recipe/time guideline manual. I read a review that someone wasn't happy because the temp is set at 400 degrees, so I was prepared for that but upon reading about the product it clearly states that fact. Maybe that all happened after the review, but the information was helpful. I made french fries and they were AMAZING. This item is perfect for me as I am by myself. It's easy to clean and use. I will be telling everyone I know about it!

I purchased this air fryer as a Christmas gift for a young lady who lives in a tiny apartment. This thing didn't work right out of the box. The moment it was plugged in it started making a very loud grinding sound. I am returning it. Sorry nice design but doesn't work. I will not recommend this product.

I bought this air fryer on April 11. It worked fine until April 22, when the timer stopped working. The curly fries I was cooking got burned - black as charcoal, because I was, of course expecting it to stop cooking after 5 minutes (what I set the timer to). Well, it didn't. It went on and on and it must have been 15 minutes before I realized that the timer hadn't sounded. Seeing the high ratings here (why I bought the thing in the first place!), I am thinking I just got a defective unit. I have to say though, that Sam's Club Customer Service resolved my problem and issued a refund promptly. So I am still a satisfied customer.
