I bought these after watching "Engineering Explained" on YouTube. I wanted a high quality snow tire that wouldn't be noisy on the interstate. I drive a 2002 Nissan Sentra SER Spec-v. It's a true manual transmission with no traction control and entirely too much power and only front wheel drive. I do delivery driving and have to often drive offroad and on gravel. They perform excellent on inclines and have amazing grab on gravel roads. I have been in situations where any other time I would have been stuck and these just chew right through the snow and pull. After 10k miles they're showing minimal wear, I'm very happy and impressed!

Overall, I have been happy with mire tire purchase. One of my priorities was improved traction with winter in Wisconsin about to start and the tires deliver. The only complaint is that my milage seems to have dropped which I suppose is not unexpected.

Great tire at first, but as more miles are placed on them they get very noisy. I have them on 2 vehicles currently and each has about 20,000 miles on the tires. The tread is still in great shape. They have been rotated and balanced. The noise is to the point where I am thinking about replacing the tires with a lot of life left on them otherwise.

I bought these for my 2012 Suzuki SX4. After about 3 months later, I just slapped a pair on my 2011 Subaru Legacy. These tires a "meaty" and, while I have lost some MPGs, they are my favorite tire I've had on either car. I've put them to the test several days and nights driving in snow and ice and they haven't let me down yet. I'll be trekking around the mountains of Colorado this summer and see how they do in all the heat.

I bought these tires five weeks ago. I asked my della person , I need tires for rain and snow.we have not had snow yet which is a big deal here in upstate Ny. No,not Albany but real upstate NY. We are 12 miles from the Canadian border. Both my husband and I can't believe how they hold the road.Every time we are in the car we comment on how much we appreciate our smart decision.

After much research, The Cross Climate 2 was my choice. Extreme control and traction in the snow, slush, rain and on summer days from one tire, well four tires. lol 2007 Ford Mustang GT. Highly recommend you get these tires for your safety and everyone elses. Suprise snow storm? No problem. Torrential rain? Thunderstorm? No problem. Casual or Spirited Drivng? No problem. Get these tires! And yes, they ride quiet.

I can't count how many sets of Michelin tire I have purchased. Bought these for a Ford Transit Connect Titanium wagon. Spent numerous hours sound proofing it. Van is light and has basic suspension. Therefore asked for the best tire, irrespective of price, that would provide a smooth and quite ride, while providing good winter traction. The ride in now rough/stiff. Despite all the sound proofing, the road/tire noise is very pronounced, especially though the front struts. There is now a vibration that comes through the steering wheel, particularly at slower speeds, and to add insult to injury, the gas mileage is off a solid 10%. They do provide good winter traction, but so do the Michelin tires I put on my daughters car this summer, without all the downsides.

Bought 3 months ago. Since then we have had snowfalls of up to 30 cm (12”) of snow and icy, compact snow roads as well as dry pavement. So fat these are about the best tires I have had on a regular vehicle. No spinning when starting out, quiet on dry pavement with good handling. One excellent thing I have noticed on ice and compact snow is little to no sideways sliding. Have not experienced heavy rainfall yet, but with traction in snow and on ice I do not expect any problems. These would be the perfect tire for the Lower Mainland of BC which gets heavy rain and occasional wet snow.

I have owned them for two years but this is the first opportunity I have had to drive in slushy snow and sloppy conditions and they did well. I tried them in deeper snow and they do very well. The absolute best rain tires I have every used. They handle well and brake well. I am shocked I am saying all this because I usually do not prefer Michelin. these are the best tires I have ever owned and hope to use them on every vehicle going forward.

I've been a Michelin tire fan, but have buyers remorse on this set. I was pointed to these tires as being excellent, they do great in the rain but otherwise I haven't felt that they provide superior performance and they must have a great deal of rolling resistance because I'm experiencing a reduction of 3 mpg with my Q5. Very disappointing.
