Used our coffee grinder to make into a powder and it tastes great on toast and cereal.

I put this in my fruit smoothies!! I love the big jar!! Put 1/4 of cup in and blend with my berries!!

This is such a bargain, it helps with the fiber content and helps keep your Cholesterol down, I just grind it up myself in a food processor

This was larger than expected but has a long future exp. date so we should be able to use it while it is fresh.

I use flax seed daily and I love the large container. I am happy the flax seed is farm to table and a USA product- North Dakota.

Price is right, but I can't get it to open. It also looks a little filthy, mix with dust or something since I can't open it I can't really tell. Decided to return it.
