Tire Shop unable to remove lug nuts from wheels. Observed one person holding the socket on the Nut while another person was jumping up and down on the wrench.
Customer intervened and received a refund on purchase. Customer purchased same tires at a nearby Tire Shop. That Tire Shop reported. no trouble removing lug nuts. Customer will attempt to attach a video to this feedback.

Unprofessional Service

You pay for what you get! I own a all-wheel-drive Toyota Camry and these are the best tires in the snow rain or any time of year
