The customer service was Awesome. My appointment was set, tires ready to install and the man that helped me was very patient and polite. I tried to use my new Sam’s card for the first time and it declined. The young at the customer service desk was very generous and polite and helped walk me through the sets for my fist purchase of a large amount which raised a red flag. I love it because it show security and protection against fraud imposters. Thank you Sam’s Club.
