Excellent tires but with two caveats: expect 10% hit on the gas mileage and significant variation in road noise increase depending on the road surface types. I have a hybrid and mileage dropped from 40 average to 36 (verified in 5 full tank cycles). The road noise at or above 60m/h varied on road surfaces in highways, ranging from 60 to 76 dB (while my old Mxv4s had max around 64, with little or no dependency on highway surface types).

I've had them so far from early February 9, 2024 thru September 23 and 7396 miles. They stick like glue. I'm confident in their ability and dig the bad a-- look these tires add to my Chrysler Spacifica. Coincidently, a neighbor has them on a big big_a-- GMC travel van. They've been back and forth to Texas twice with 'em. He'd surely mention if there was a problem and I haven't heard a thing.

Purchased the CrossClimate2 tires for my 2020 Subaru Ascent four months ago. A big improvement over the tires that came with the car. They are less noisy and handle better. I haven’t driven them on snow or ice, but I expect that they will perform well in those conditions.

I was a bit skeptical due to reviews claiming drastically reduced mpg. I have not found that at all. Seems virtually identical compared to the OEM Cont. Cross Contacts on my '19 Acura MDX. Overall 23-24mpg in Montana. Keep in mind lots of mountains and 75-85 mph. I've had tires on MDX's with slightly better dry performance, but not a deal breaker. The CrossClimate2 seems to be a super 3 peak tire for all seasons.

I have had these Cross Climate 2 tires since March now. I LOVE THESE TIRES!!! I usually write reviews, but these tires deserve one! I have now had experience in multiple seasons driving on them and I am extremely impressed! We have our first snow here in southern Oregon, only 2-3", and I do not feet the need to rush to get my snow tires put on (I will do that soon because we'll get more snow) but these tires are safe and comfortable for now to allow me time to schedule the swap. I’ve had my tires now for a couple of weeks and you definitely can feel the difference with the control of your car. The tires definitely handle the streets better and in a turn the car seems to have better handling. I also love the look of the tire. Since their treads are designed a little differently it gives a tire a different look which looks nice on my 2018 Honda accord hybrid. I hope you find it helpful.

This tire (and its predecessor the +) has gotten rave reviews by Tire Rack, Consumer Reports, and others. When Michelin came out with some new sizes in February 2021 I figured it was time to give them a shot. I had already replaced the tires on my wife's Subaru Forester with CC+ before the CC2 were available. So far, I really like these tires. At 245/55R18, they are 20mm wider than the OEM tires (225/60R18) so they give more grip than either the OEM Yokohamas or the Michelin Premier A/S tires they replaced.

I bought 4 of these tires on April 19, 2023. The road noise from these tires were not the Michelin quality that I have known for 44 years. I went back to the retailer that I bought them from and had 4 Michelin Defenders replace these CrossClimate2 tires. I am very happy with the Defenders.

DISADVANTAGES: - Increased Fuel Consumption: Immediately after installation, I noticed a substantial increase in gas consumption—up to 20% compared to my previous OEM tires. After approximately 1000 miles, this improved to 10-15%. However, it’s still a significant impact! Given the already high cost of these tires, it’s important to take into account the additional expense resulting from increased fuel consumption. SUMMARY: The performance of the Michelin CrossClimate tires is very good, prioritizing safety and hopefully longevity, as claimed by Michelin. However, for my next tire purchase, I’ll be seeking similar performance without the negative impact on gas consumption.

I purchased these tires for my 2013 Chevy Volt back in November 2020. My car had about 110,000 miles on it, and this is the 3rd set of tires. I get about 33 miles on pure electric driving, and I was getting about 36 miles on pure electric. I now have about 5,000 miles on these tires, and I am still hoping it goes back to the 36 miles. The tires have excellent traction-on the other sets, the tires would squeal sometimes. With the new tires-I don't get any squealing. The ride is much more comfortable as compared to the Michelin Defender.
