Brought 4 tires abbout a month ago, So far I have been pleased.

I had appointment for tire replacement set for Tuesday April 28 at 4pm, went there and they said they tried to contact me to change my appmt time which I did not receive(calling,no email), went there for nothing had to reschedule to Friday afternoon. Terrible customer service that's why the low score..Tire clerk did not do enough to contact me with schedule changes..
