Buyer beware!

In May 2021 I purchased a brand new Ram 1500 that came with these tires. Fast forward to July 2022 and 19000 miles and the tires have NO tread left and need to be replaced. I have done some research online and see so many similar reviews of these tires needing to be replaced under 20,000 miles. Please read reviews if you are even thinking about purchasing these tires and DO NOT DO IT! Look around and I am sure you can find a better tire for the money! Do NOT Purchase these tires!

Horrible wear!!

Tire excels in dry and wet traction. Not so good in the snow. The tire sticks to the road very nicely HOWEVER, the wear life is horrible. These are down to the tread bars after 20k miles. Only 8/32" when new, scrap and replace at 3/32", not much life to begin with. If wear isn't a concern then these tires are a great buy!

Terrible

I have a 2022 Wagoneer and these tires came with the vehicle. I'll say the ride is smooth and they're quiet. I'm not sure about treadlife as I've only had the vehicle for 4 months but the traction in rain and snow conditions is terrible! My first encounter was a spit of rain where I was accelerating from a dead stop and the tires spun. I don't have a heavy foot so that wasn't the case. Second encounter was in a light snow fall. From a dead stop making a turn, tires spun. Good thing I got my winters on now but I would not recommend these tires for snow or rain conditions. I'm going to keep them until they wear out but I already have my eyes on another set incase I change my mind come Spring. I can't believe Goodyear would make such a disappointing tire. These tires should NOT be recommended to anyone

Quiet ride, but tread life is horrible

Nice quiet ride, but there was enough tread wear for these tires to be replaced at only 24,000 miles. Properly inflated and rotated with mostly highway driving and no signs of uneven wear. Plus, my driving style is not hard on tires. Beyond disappointing, especially since I typically get 65-70,000 miles out of a set.

Do not buy

These tries don't even have mileage rating on Goodyear's own website. Have the dealer trade for Bridgestone ALENZA AS ULTRA 80k or DUELER H/L ALENZA PLUS also 80k mileage tires versus a 20k mileage tire. Current tire only have 4/16 of tread left on them, despite regular tire rotation and balancing

Garbage tire

Won't even get 35K miles on them and I drive very conservatively. Came new on my 2020 Honda Accord. Honda should be ashamed of putting these tires on new vehicles. Only thing I can think of is it helps their dealers sell tires. Stay far away from this tire.

Not sure what all the truck owners are complaining about

Dealer replaced the O.E. tires with these when I bought my truck (used, 19000 miles). No complaints other than the typical hard ride you should expect with a 22" wheel/tire. Just took them off for the more winter appropriate Goodyear Fortitude HT in 18". After driving them nearly 11,000 miles, wear is very minimal with only slight feathering on the edges probably due to a panic stop or two so I'll rotate them when they go back on in the spring. These are 22" low profile performance oriented tires so if you buy them for a truck just know that they're not going to last like an 80,000 mile highway tire. Also, with all the rain we've had this summer they've never hydroplaned or even slipped, wet or dry. I regularly tow a tandem axle trailer with a tractor and these tires have been perfectly fine, even towing the combo off road..

Wouldn't recommend

4 brand new tires only lasted a year and a half. I did the recommended tire and balance rotation, every 6000 miles. I only got approximately 23,000 miles out of them before it was recommended that I replace them. All 4 tires tread depth's were at or becoming unsuitable for wet or snowy conditions.

Quiet, But Fast Tread Wear

Bought my 2021 in February of '21. It's August '22, about 21,000 miles on them and the front tires need replacing. Rear tires look fine. These are quiet and comfortable, and even took them off-road for a bit in Canyonlands without trouble (but would never get anywhere near serious trekking off-road on them.)

They should be called Badyears instead of Goodyears

When I went to buy my 2019 Ram limited these were the tires that came on the truck from the factory it was a $64,000 MSRP vehicle complete utter disgrace that these tires would come with this truck these aren't even truck tires I didn't even get 20,000 miles out of these things and I don't haul in my truck for work just standard Road and highway driving normal speed limits worst tires i've ever owned
