Quiet, But Fast Tread Wear

Bought my 2021 in February of '21. It's August '22, about 21,000 miles on them and the front tires need replacing. Rear tires look fine. These are quiet and comfortable, and even took them off-road for a bit in Canyonlands without trouble (but would never get anywhere near serious trekking off-road on them.)

Terrible Tire

These tires came on my new Ram 1500 Limited pickup truck and they started to show wear at 12,000 miles. By 13,000 the outside tread was about gone. I now have about 16,000 miles and the dealer told me they were about worn out. Worse tire I have ever owned.

No Recommended

The tires came with my brand new truck. Rotated every 5k. Found out yesterday that my during my service/rotation and yearly inspection that my tires did not pass inspection due to tread depth. My vehicle only has 23k miles on it. Very disappointed in this Goodyear tire. Hopefully customer service can reach out and make this right being that I'm a loyal customer.

Disappointed

Just had our 10,000 mile service at the local Toyota dealership. We were told our tires might need replacing soon......at 10,000 miles. We love our 2023 Toyota Highlander but this is terrible to think these tires which are rated for 65,000 miles might have to be replaced soon.

I started to review 1 star. Then I thought that the tires are doing what they were designed to do at the price point. They are designed to get you off the car lot and save manufacturer/dealer money. These tires look good and run smooth. We have burned through 2 sets to the wear indicators in less than 50k. I imagine thats why they are only 150 a piece. For those that dont want to spend over a thousand at a single tire change. In the long run you will spend slightly more due to tire change frequency. I am gonna get a set of another brand with high mileage guarantee. Then I wont have to change them as often.

Tread life is inexcusable and terrible.

These tires are ok with respect to handling, traction, and wet roads. BUT, the tread life is terrible. I rotated every 7.5k miles and noticed edge wearing at 15k. By 20k they were noticeably wearing in the middle. By 25k totally bald. It happened fast after 15k. Dangerously fast. Do NOT buy!!!

HORRIBLE tread life, poor wet traction

Bought my car in 12/2018 and here I am 11/1/2021 writing this. Been going back/forth with Ford and my dealer as these tires are wearing extremely quickly. I put just about 18K miles on them and they are down to nothing. SHAME ON GOODYEAR. My first and last time I will ever have Goodyear tires on my car!

NoGripLeft

I purchased my car November 2021. My car had 18 miles on it when I left the lot. Now at 17,000 miles, there is almost no tread left and no grip. I will not be replacing them with this same tire. They look and ride good for about 10k miles but after that, start planning on buying new tires for your vehicle.

Do not buy

These tries don't even have mileage rating on Goodyear's own website. Have the dealer trade for Bridgestone ALENZA AS ULTRA 80k or DUELER H/L ALENZA PLUS also 80k mileage tires versus a 20k mileage tire. Current tire only have 4/16 of tread left on them, despite regular tire rotation and balancing

These aren't made to last. They're made to be solid tires

These came on my 2022 Hyundai Kona, i've got just about 10k miles and they're really solid tires. I drive very spirited. Doing things the car probably wasn't made to do. These tires are quiet and they have great grip/performance. Tires are almost halfway worn so i'll be replacing them now, do these tires last long? No but they offer great winter performance as well as wet and dry road performance. I value safety and performance over cost. Frankly everyone should. So even if these tires last 5k miles. I'd still keep using them. It's rare the OE tires are this good a choice. Props to Hyundai
