Items are as described but buying experience was a disaster! First it kept notifying me that it is delayed! Than, a few hours before the actual appointment, it says ready to install at store! When I get there, they are telling me that they don't have the equipment to install them..

The tires tread doesn't look too deep, but for the price, I guess it is what's to be expected. My issue isn't with the product, but with the service. It took over 2 hours to put the tires on, when it was scheduled for 1 hour. There were no others before me and there was no verbal acknowledgment that it would take longer.

Upset I bought 4 tires size 22 and they were delivered to farmingdale they could not mount and balance the tires they told me Islandia could do it I picked up the tires and took them there to find out they couldnt do it I had to take them m to a side street tire place that charged me 140.00 to mount and balance tires with no warranty I feel that I should be compensated for the trouble I went through

The tires came with my brand new truck. Rotated every 5k. Found out yesterday that my during my service/rotation and yearly inspection that my tires did not pass inspection due to tread depth. My vehicle only has 23k miles on it. Very disappointed in this Goodyear tire. Hopefully customer service can reach out and make this right being that I'm a loyal customer.

I bought these tires because of the great reviews and low prices. My local tire guy got cut by the steal belt going to put them on.come to find out these are retreads 1 tire from 2006 1from 2004 one from 2016 and 1 from 2014 all re-read tires something the. Only do in Mexico or China not allowed in the USA. Welmart just said oh ok return them and plan on still selling them to you

The pickup of the tires was very disorganized and annoying. I went to the automotive section waited 20 minutes to speak to the cashier and was told the tires were at the front of the store in pickup. When I got to find where pickup was I had to wait 20 minutes to be told that the trailer they were in was locked and someone took the keys. I complained and wanted them to deliver the tires since they were not available to give them to me. Sorry not able to do that. The customer service was terrible, nobody cared or offered any solutions. I had to come back Sunday in the morning after calling back and verifying the trailer could be opened. It was pouring rain, I was handed the tires on a cart and here you go, have fun loading them. Nobody cared about anything.

just hit 10,000 miles, had this truck less than 1 year. Goodyear Eagle Touring tires are SLICK. Never 'chirped or Lit up ' these tires, not once. 80,000 mile tires and the tread is GONE, (rear tires, front tires look great??) after 10,000 miles??? I will walk before I will ever buy a Goodyear tire. I have zero recourse on this issue, (dealership, Goodyear). Replacing them with Michelin Defender tires!!!!!

Was there 15 minutes before my appointment, had elderly gentleman as the only person checking people in. First person he checked in had a warranty issue so it was 30 minutes before I could even get checked in. Once the manager lady came in, things went much better but the older gentleman was in over his head

These came installed on my 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. I barely squeezed 19,000 miles out of them (probably should have replaced them at 15,000). If you want the cheapest set of tires out there knowing they won't last 2 years, then these are the tires for you!!

This tires are old they are from week 23 year 2018.
