This necklace is absolutely beautiful, and my wife looks gorgeous in it! The engraving that states it’s 14KT gold should’ve been clearer to the natural eye. In fact, I can’t read it at all, so that made me a little uneasy once we initially inspected it. I took it to a big name jeweler for inspection, and they reported it as one of the most beautiful necklaces they had seen – to include what was being offered on their shelves! They used a magnifying glass to read the engraving, and it says “MA Peru 14KT.” They went on to say that Peru is one of the top 3 gold distributors in the world and said, “Don’t worry, you have a very fine piece of jewelry.” I’m so happy I purchased this necklace for my wife, and I’m so thankful that I saved so much money purchasing it from Sam’s Club. They’re the best!

The reason I bought this chain because the price was a great deal base on scrap value for 14kt gold per gram which is currently 35 dollar per gram. The chain weight 17 gram and was made in Peru. The seller, when I bought the chain was only charging 25 above scrap value meaning I was paying 55 dollar per gram of gold not bad. The chain is actually diamond cut even though it is not in the description. It is a well made chain I am very satisfied. Also, for a future buying if you want to know the seller market up value gold just take the total price and divide it by the scrap value - (seller price)/(gold scrap value base on karat) then take that number and subtract it by the current price of gold base on the karat: 10kt , 14kt, 18kt. This will tell you if you getting a great deal when buying gold from anywhere. Overall Great Chain better than I expected.

Very heavy, solid, thick chain - potentially more fitting for men as it is not very feminine in how thick it is, several family members have said that looks like a man's necklace. Great price especially compared to any jewelry stores around

This necklace is perfect. I originally bought the same chain at Zales for double the price. When I found the 20in at Sam’s for such a good deal, I had to purchase as 20in in this style seems very hard to find. It’s heavy & looks amazing.

Good quality chain. I did return the first one i got... the lobster clasp broke within a few times of using. The chain itself is nice, has good weight, shines well in sunlight, but maybe a little thin. Still looks great when I stack it with a larger, thicker 22" chain. 4.5 stars if I could give that rating.

I love the chain. It was beautiful and good quality. The only reason I did not give the five star is I feel the chain is nice but they could have put a bigger clasp on the chain to prevent it from falling off.

The necklace is nice and well priced but the first time I opened the clasp it broke and I had to have it fixed. That shouldn't have happened.

Rope is solid gold but is not 2mm.

The clasp is so flimsy that you’re not easily able to secure the chain. If I could return it I would!!
