They looked great, but this batch was deceiving. They were not crisp, partially browning on the inside & the flavor wasn't as good as it should be.

There’s always one or two that have to be discarded due to rotting spots. But the edible ones have good texture and are delicious.

These apples tend to be on the softer/soggy side. I like to buy them because they are organic. I typically use them to make applesauce and other baked goods. Which all turn out well and taste good.
