Gripping

Our family uses Michelin tires on our automobiles. My Lexus GX460 is great on the road in all weather conditions. I feel safer as a Michelin tire fan traveling especially when driving on snow and ice in the mountains on ski trips. It drives rougher on the road than I like but then again I am driving a truck!

I have never owned new Michelin tires on any of my cars before, and I am over 60 years of age. However, the 2007 Chrysler Pacifica I currently own was purchased used. It came with Michlein tires on it. I put over 30 thousand additional miles on those tires and they were superb in breaking, the ride, long lasting and overall handling. This sold me on purchasing four new Michelin Lattitude Tour HP tires. My wife and I take two trips a year to Tennessee from Ohio and the MPG was much greater than expected and you just cannot beat the ride and handling of the Pacifica! I am definitely sold on Michelin tires!

My Michelins still aren't tired out!!

With over 53,000 miles on my Ford Edge, there is still plenty of tread that is showing even wear. Even pulling a trailer loaded with kayaks and bikes, while driving in temperatures in the 80s and 90s, my Latitude Tour HP tires are quiet and perform excellently. The roads in Florida are often slick with water from sudden downpours. The Latitude Tour HP tires handle the wet roads with no problems. I can't imagine buying any other tire when it is time to replace my factory tires. Thanks to Michelin for producing such a great product.

Smooth Quiet Ride

I purchased these tires for our family car a 2009 Buick Enclave. My precious cargo is my grandchild, and another one on the way. The tires provide safe handling for our vehicle even on mountainous roads where we live. there are steep hills and sharp turns and in bad weather I do not have to worry about tire traction. We were vacationing in West Virginia this summer and had a bit of bad weather, a rain & hail storm and the road was a little muddy, the tires held the road like it was a sunny day, now that's a worry free vacation! I have purchased Michelin tires for all my vehicles, around 15 vehicles, that is some 40 years of dependability that's what Michelin is all about time after time. Thanks for keeping my family safe!

My Family has a huge ...

My Family has a huge range if makes and models of automobiles. From Toyotas to Bentleys, to a Ferarri 599GT. Some of these cars come with tires other than Michelins as standard equipment. Often we just drive the car of the lot with the tires that are on the vehicle however we always opt to change them to Michelins after a very short period of owning the car. There is a obvious difference from handling, to wet weather handling, to overall comfort and performance. That is why when go to replace our tires we do not consider anything else but Michelin.

Poor Wear

While I will agree that it handles nice, we are already needing to replace them after only 21K miles on our Escape. It's driven in normal circumstances in dry and wet conditions (no snow) but the tread has not held up to even half what the mileage is supposed to be. I am very dissatisfied. It's not just the wear issue, the last 3-4K miles, these tires have been obnoxiously loud, so much road noise from them that we didn't have when they were new. Additionally, when I preview my review it says I would recommend this tire. Believe me, I clicked NO, not yes. I would not recommend this tire.

114,000 miles on my second set!

This is my second set of Latitude Tour HP Tires. I travel the SE US in sales for a living. The first set of Latitudes I got 100,000 miles on them and the last set I got 114,000 on the them. I have just purchased my 3rd set of Latitude Tour HP. What a great tire and a great ride for me and my Suburban

Latitude Tour HPs exceed expectations

Purchased 4 Latitude Tour HP tires for my 2006 Porsche Cayenne S. Todate the tires exceeded my expectations for overall performance, room noise reduction (which was my key concern) and experienced improved fuel efficiency. I average 25,000 miles per year. After several years of using poor performing tires will now continue to use Michelins.

Michelin Latitude

One never thinks about their vehicles tires until there is a problem. I never had a problem! After 70,000 miles they were getting a little bare and I just now noticed a little slipping while driving in a heavy downpour. I am buying the same ones again - hey, I got 70K miles on tires rated for 55k that's good enough for me!

Wow, What a difference a day makes!!!

We just replaced the tires on our 2012 Lincoln MKT and wow!!!!When we purchased the new Lincoln, we immediately replaced the OEM tires with Latitude Tour HP, V speed rating. The handling was superb, but the stiff ride and resulting rattles almost drove us and our Lincoln dealership crazy. After 37000 miles, we determined that enough was enough!! This time we installed H speed rated, Latitude Tours and life is good!!! The tires are quiet, the ride is the best ever, the handling is more that adequate and, best of all, our vehicle is QUIET!!!! We can now take back all the negative remarks we made about the MKT over the years. American can make a luxury vehicle that is such----as long as they install quality tires like Michelin!!!!
