Nice, easy, reasonably priced compared to other cans; important that it has the removable plastic liner for ease of cleaning. Great to have the choice of colors online, with free shipping. Bought multiple cans to have covered cans in different rooms. Would be good to have the option of a mini can, for the bathroom or bedroom.

I have been wanting to purchase this trash can for quite sometime, but decided to do so based on comments posted by other shoppers. I am extremely delighted with my purchase. It is beautiful and goes nicely with our stainless steel fridge. I especially like the liner which comes out to allow me to empty and put the garbage bag in. I 100% recommend purchasing this trash can!

A very nice addition to my kitchen. Nice color to blend in well. I got the rose gold which is perfect with my mostly brown colored kitchen. I chose a bit lighter then the bronze and I am glad I did. It looks better with the lighter look. I have a great tip....if you do not like to CLUNK noise it makes when closing, I put a small piece of felt at the two ends in front on the top lip of the can and it is quiet now. Easy solution.

This was the exact make and model of the one we replaced. Love that you don't need your hands to open the lid while cooking. The old one lasted a few years before the foot lever broke. Unfortunately, it's made of plastic and if stepped on too hard too many times, it wears the pivot point on the inside and breaks rendering the pedal useless.

It's a great designed hand-free step pedal trash can. I like it. Somehow, I wish the manufacture designer will listen my advice. Please use the metal or stronger material for the mobile reinforcing base which is directly connected with pedal. I have to buy this again after 6 years of usage because the bottom reinforce mobile base which the pedal directly connected to it was cracked. Thus, the cracked mobile base couldn't provide the upward force to the top lid to force it open. That's the only problem we had for the previous trash can. I don't know if the hard plastic will break down after certain years of usage. Otherwise, the trash can is a top one to go with. I would recommend this trash can since I have read lots of motor-based trash can has greater possibilities of breaking down.

Never thought I'd spend this much on a trash can, but it's worth it to me it'll last for years, even if I'm not around. Easy to clean, looks great. Red is more of a copper but it still looks great. Goes easy against wall. Love how inner liner comes out, makes taking out trash much easier. Plus putting bag in is easier because you don't have to struggle to fit it. Foot step works good.

I owned the highest rated can (Simple Human) that just crapped out. I went to re-order the same can but it went from an already exorbitant $100.00 to a $140.00. I searched and found this brand. I'm very familiar with their cookware which I consider the best bang for your buck brand. The can is flimsier than the SH but the Kirkland liners 13 gallon fit better. It is bright chrome so it shows fingerprints but overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

The Tramontina trash can has a very functional design and color assortment that fits very well in our kitchen where there is no place to conceal a trash can. Unfortunately the manufacturer has chosen to leave a flaw in the foot pedal that just about guarantees a stress fracture in the plastic that supports the foot pedal. They are very helpful with ordering a replacement part when you need it but for a few pennies to use a metal part instead of plastic part, they would have an outstanding product.

I am disappointed that the plastic pedal Is is defective. The plastic has cracked underneath disabling the pedal opening feature feature. For a relatively expensive trash container call inner, I was also disappointed that that the company does not have a warranty put is warranty for this defect.

It’s a nice looking garbage can however, the lid cannot stay up. If you are cooking, and you need to leave the lid up The lid automatically closes every time you step on the bar on the bottom. We currently own a simply human can in the lid, will stay up if you lift it. So we will be returning this, and buying another simply human.
