R/T 6 speed 3.92 gear these hold pretty good in straight line accelerating. Better when warmed up a little. Corner and stop well. Handle good. Quiet at speed. Good stiff ride. Dont expect more than 20,000 miles. I have mine worn down pretty bad now with 15,000. They are safe and handle and stop good in rain but will get loose if not easy with them when wet.

My Nissan Maxima came with Goodyear RS-A tires. I have put on 55K miles and the 5/32 of the tread still remains. I am surprised that the tires have lasted this long. They are likely to go at least another 5-10 K miles. I have been very happy thus far but since I crossed 40K miles the tires have become very noisy.

Dependable tires that give you the traction and performance when it's needed. Provides a safe and comfortable ride. I live in NY and the tires are good in the snow and rain, assuming you drive at a safe speed for the traffic conditions. They also hold up well against potholes! Great overall tires.

I was amazed how good these tires are and how they've lasted. I purchased them because I needed a set of fresh tires before I made the trek from Southern CA to the East Coast and I wanted something cheap. It still has great tread on them. Good grip through rain,etc. I was thinking these will be temporary but after my experience, I think I'll replace them with the same sets.

These tires are great tires look really good even with 45000 miles on them rotate every 8000 miles.They handle very well in snow and ice as we live on private road 1.5 miles miles unplowed road before we get on main road wife says she has no problems getting out to road in snow. I would recommend these tires to anyone who is trying to keep their "Special Edition" vehicle. (ex.2003 Jeff Gordon edition Monte Carlo SS ) They are a comfortable riding tire, great for a fair weather cruise or even a smooth pavement straightaway. While the raised Yellow lettering are truly irreplaceable by any other brand or model. It's truly an eye catching feature that cannot be duplicated on these limited production vehicles. Great Product, if you can find them.

I am pleased that there is still appreciable and even tread remaining after nearly 65000 miles. Maintaining proper tire pressure and rotating tires every other oil change does make them last. We don't get much of the frozen stuff where I normally drive so am unable to comment on winter traction.

I would not have expected the Goodyear Eagle RS-A P215/45R17 87W original equipment tires installed on my 2010 Pontiac Vibe to have lasted 40k miles but they did and they performed well. Usually I feel fortunate when OEM tires make 30k. I suspect that having a tire inflation monitor may have made a significant difference--this is my first vehicle so equipped. I am satisfied with the braking and turning qualities of the tire in dry and wet conditions. I can say little about "winter" weather performance. We get snow in Austin, TX only once every few years. A bit more common is "black ice"--a thin sheet of frozen rain--on which only studded tires are really fit to drive. My only complaint about these Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires is the harsh ride. I really feel the road in my aging bones and hear it in my tired ears. However, that probably says at least as much about the light and inexpensive--okay cheap--vehicle on which their installed as about the tires.

Tires progressively got louder to the point that the radio was on full driving down the highway. I could not stand them any longer and have to replace them. A shame with 6/32 still left on the tread depth. New with car and dealer or tire shop with do nothing.

I had to replace my driver side front tire on my 2005 Ford Crown Vic Police Interceptor. It was a no-brainer to go with the original tire that this Ford came equipped with from the factory, the Goodyear Eagle RS-A. Not only do these tires perform flawlessly, but they look great on my car. These are wide, robust tires that give my car a heavy-duty stance that just looks awesome.
