I live in SoFL and these tires are great for me and what I need them for. Ride noise is minimal. The traction is good for everyday driving. The ride feels smooth as well.

Outstanding tires after 7-1/2 years, 80,000 miles on Venza 20" rim... Now it is time to look for new tires... I might go with this brand or cheaper ones but with the same quality...
