Quick Tread Wear

Replaced OEM tires because I have had other brands of Michelin tires on other vehicles and loved the long life and quality ride. However the Defender is a quick wear, only 40000 miles on a 90000 tire, not good. Shop is researching what Michelin is going to give in the way of credit. Will wait and see, but will not put back on Defenders, will go with a Michelin product, but which one,?. Drive in winter snow, summer heat, and everything in between. Tires have been good in all the conditions and only wish they had a longer tread life. May have to go to two sets of tires, one for winter and one set for summer.

I love my Latitude Tour HPs

I bought a set of Michelin Latitude Tour HP (215/65R16) in May 2014 for my '05 XC70. The improvement in handling over my old brand of tires is tremendous. I cannot comment on how the tires wear since I've been driving on them for only 8 weeks or so, but am very happy with the overall and high speed handling they provide. I will definitely buy them again as long as they wear well.

Best tires I've ever owned

I purchased these tires after several weeks of research, and have been very pleased with their performance. They have improved the ride quality of my GMC Envoy Denali significantly. The performance of these tires during adverse weather conditions is terrific. I am currently looking to replace the tires on my wife's vehicle, and will be using the Michelin Latitude touring tire on that vehicle as well. I work in a large GM dealership and have seen it all when it comes to tire issues and performance. The Michelin tire brand has always stood out as the benchmark of tire performance and longevity.

2nd Set!

Have a 2008 Ford Edge that had the Lattitude Tour HP tires. Just bought another set after 48,000 miles. We could have gone the full 55,000 miles but decided to changes before winter weather. Look forward to another 50,000 miles out of this new set. New tires ride like a dream, looking forward to our Thanksgiving 1,200 mile road trip!

Poor treadwear.

Tires don't last. These tires came with our 2018 Toyota Rav4. Tires rotated regularly. its not even 45k miles and toyota dealer is saying all 4 tires need to be replaced as remaining treadwear is reaching legal limit. Used for daily errands in city/highway. No off roading. Expected better from Michelin.

SK, there are many factors to consider with regard to tire wear. Unfortunately, your original equipment tires do not have a mileage warranty. One of our team members will be in touch to discuss further.

Not Impressed with the wear

I just replaced four 19" Michelin Latitude tires that were completely worn down (no tread; completely smooth) before it reached the 50k mile mark. my husband wanted me to get the same tires, but I am so disappointed by the last set that I am skeptical. I asked what the warranty was on these tires since they did not even come close to the promise of 50k miles. The warranty is prorated and from what I can tell, I would only get pennies if I even bothered to try to "right" a wrong.... I sure hope these next 4 live up to the promise and if not, I will be more vocal about it as these were expensive tires and I should expect more

Quiet, Smooth and Plenty of Grip

I drive 40% of the time on highways and have found this tire performs perfectly at low and high speeds. Best feature is it grabs the road but does not have a lot fo anoying noise at higer speeds. It is great in all conditions and highly recommend it for SUV's.

how great my Michelin tires ride and wea

I have had my tires for 2 1/2 years put on 23000 miles, they show very little wear and ride really smooth. This is my personal car that I drive everyday. They have performed great in summer and winter. Have had no trouble driving in the snow. Overall I would rate them high and recommend Michelins to anyone looking to replace their old tires.

Great tire

I bought these tires about 500 miles ago. I am so pleased with the handling (great), noise level (none), and hopefully the wearability. I only noticed slight fuel efficiency. The braking distance was noticeably shorter. These tires replaced Michelin Pilots on a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica where I got about 45,000 miles and was told they were best on a passenger car. So, I bought the Latitude Tour HP because these are better suited to a crossover vehicle.

Great Value Great Ride

This tire rides great, good traction on wet roads. Handles well as we use it on our most used vehicle which is a SUV. Although most Michelin Tires are priced somewhat higher than some of their rivals they always prove to be worth it. But a lower price point would probably better in this economy.
