I was supposed to receive 50 test strips, but the box only came with 10. Has a small black case to hold everything.

I have been a diabetic for fifteen years now and have gone through my fair share of monitors. I am currently using a CGM and am loving it because the convenience allows to let me better take care of myself. Monitors like these, while I think is a nice back up, is painful for the user, as you have to poke every time, and wasteful. The test straps are expensive as well.

The strips are in a nice plastic container that keeps the strips dry. I would recommend this unit for anyone that wants a glucose meter that can test on fingers or forearm.
