Not enough filling

Paper remnants on almost every roll of pastry. It was our first try, and my kids ate first. They then told me that the pastry was weird and chewy in some parts. I thought they were talking about the texture, so told them some types of pastry can be like that if stale or not made correctly. Then when I ate it myself, I noticed that it the chewiness was unlike any pastry texture I've ever eaten. So I decided to take out to chewy part to inspect. To my shock, I found it was a piece of paper (parchment?). So I flipped another one over and found more paper-backing pieces - some big, some small. I checked the rest and every single roll has at least 1 piece of paper leftover. How can somebody do this? I had to throw away the whole box because if they left such obvious pieces of papers on the pastry, then I can't even imagine what might have happened to the pastries during the prepping/baking/handling/packaging process. Shame on Sam's bakery for the lack of quality control, which resulted in my unsuspecting children eating questionable pieces of papers and who knows what else. You are putting your member's health at risk. I expected better from a product that bears the name Member's Mark.

They look delicious, but are not. They forget the filling, very disappointing. The pastry is good, however without filling they are not worth the money.

This pastry is light and fluffy but lack filling like most Sam's club pasteries. There is a smear of cheese inside. It's disappointing

I picked these up for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised how good they are. My daughter loved them too. Just as good as the ones sold at the specialty bakeries.

I had no self control and kept popping them in the toaster oven all day...ate the whole box
