Great product. Easy to install

Really glad we splurged. 3-4 people would be uncomfortable, but I need personal space. So far it has reached 122 degrees I am hoping it will go to 140 as indicated. The longer I warm it up the higher the temp has reached.

Nice but thin cedar. Like the results very much.

purchased Dec 2020 Delivered Feb 2021. Easy setup for my wife and I. I use it almost daily and haven't had any problems in five years. added cedar oil to an empty glade plug in that i keep inside. wipe down with warm, soapy towels or now i mainly use the disposable bath towels /wipes with added. water. absolutely no chemicals should be used to clean. chemicals will destroy your cedar and darken it.

Freight delivery service on a pallet to the driveway. Well packaged, all pieces arrived perfectly. We had a dedicated outlet installed and assembly was easier than expected. Two people, less than 3 hrs. Very impressed with the function and quality. We’ve used a few times and reached 141 degrees so far. Definitely recommended.

We absolutely love our sauna. Prior to delivery, we were contacted via phone call with a delivery day. It was 3 large boxes wrapped on a pallet and they placed it in my garage. My husband and I assembled it ourselves in just a few hours. We did have to purchase some new screws. The screws included were on the cheap side, bent and broke when trying to screw in. We used it right away and the temperature went up quickly. Ours made it to 147 and I feel it definitely is more effective than a traditional sauna. We had no issues at all with any lights or speakers. Everything works just as advertised. Just a heads up, the power cord is on the bottom left side on the back. I mention that because we had a dedicated outlet put in prior to knowing this and our outlet is on the opposite side which the cord almost did not reach from where we needed the sauna to be placed. Very pleased with our purchase.

Very cheap and poor quality.

Heaters, radio, and outside lights don't work. Have to check all the connections and inside the main control, which is now up against a side wall so I can't get to it that easy.
