Very pleased customer

I bought my hearing aids two months ago. I thought as did my wife I would not like wearing them. But I do!. The specialist Jessica was very helpful and took the time to get me comfortable with the right sound level. I highly recommend this St. Louis location. 10248 Big Bend Rd. 63122

Love these aids!

I got these hearing aids two months ago. It's so good to be able to hear again. The Lucid rep is very knowledgeable and interested in my getting the best from my aids. All in all a great experience.

Happy Customer

I didn't realize how much I was missing. At first it was almost overwhelming because I was hearing so many sounds. Grace, the audiologist at the Roseville, Mi store was Fantastic! She answered all my questions and was spot on with the adjustment period.

These immediately hurt my ear and were unrelieved by trying to get my ears used to them. The sound quality was clearly substandard compared to my previous hearing aids. I promptly made a return and went back to a traditional hearing aid supplier. They advertise these hearing aids as being cheaper but the warranty is an additional cost. With other suppliers the warranty is often included, so the price ends up about the same. I have to say customer service around the return left much to be desired as well.
