[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this product as I am a dance teacher and live in a slicked back ponytail or bun 99% of the time. I liked the applicator and this product adds shine, however, the serum does not have enough strength or stick to it to actually keep frizz and flyaways at bay. I’m better off using good ‘ol hairspray with a brush to lay down my baby hairs when needing assistance slicking my hair back.

With first use I did end up using to much product for the length of My daughters hair I did one pump and her hair was greedy and I had to wash it out. Next time I used it I pumped it halfway and that was the perfect amount for her and her hair was smooth and smelt very good. I will continue using in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been seeing a lot of people using flyaway tamers when they put their hair up. I put mine up in a clip and then used the wand. I didn’t really notice a difference, but maybe it was because I have a lot of flyaways or maybe it is the hairstyle. It smells really good though.

I have loved this product from day one it hit the shelves. I used it religiously after each hair washing as I have extremely long, baby fine hair that is extremely prone to tangles and mats. I have always been completely in love with this product until my most recent purchase. I buy a new bottle about six times a year. I got the most horrible shock when I opened and used the latest bottle for the first time. The smell had completely changed (for the worse). It has only what I can describe as a melon based smell now. I have a complete aversion to any smell in the melon family as is makes me uncontrollably nauseous. I have to officially say I can no longer use the product I have swore by for so many years that I can't remember the last time I had less than two bottles in my cabinet at the same time. I have now began a search for a new serum from a different company because of this. I love all of the Fructis lines of products and never had an issue until now (well besides they stopped carrying the shampoo and conditioner line I used about 8 months ago in the stores in my area but I found a suitable replacement within the Fructis lines which also works perfect for my hair). I have always recommended Fructis anti-frizz serum to my friends. It is unfortunate that I can no longer use my most trusted and loved hair product of all time. It took me years to find it and now I have to move on. If you can not handle the pungent aroma of melons, I suggest you look elsewhere for a serum like now I am in the process of with a sadden and heavy heart. I must now move away from the Fructis line for my hair serum.

The only thing I don't like is the fact that it's sticky and greasy on my hands afterwords. I haven't had this experience before and I avoid using it sometimes because it feels gross on my hands. It's an issue when I have to run to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a nice applicator, it’s just like a mascara wand/brush. Also has a nice shampoo fresh scent. It works very well to lay down the flyaways without making your hair feel hard. The hair smoothes out nicely with an added shine. It’s best to smooth flyaways but not necessarily for a strong hold. Really enjoy the product. Would recommend!

I expected more from this as I use many garnier products. However, I personally found this to leave my hair feeling oily & weighed down. I am brunette with blonde highlights & my hair is full & prone to frizz. I found this left several flyaways although it toned down the frizz a bit. I didn’t find it worth the oily look & feel left behind.

I've been struggling with my think wavey hair I have to put a lot of work on my hair, but Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Anti-Frizz Serum worked amazing it did it's job. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used anti-frizz serums in the past and they've all been hit and miss. This was the first time I've used the garnier anti-frizz serum. This one was more of a hit than miss. Pros: it smells great and it helps keep frizz to a minimum. Cons: it's very oily, so use it sparingly. A lot goes a long way.
