[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this product. I have straight, fine hair, that tends to get frizzy with the weather. My hair has been colored, which of course adds to it. I was nervous this product wound make my hair oil and heavy, but I was wrong! When used as advised, one pump, it made my hair shiny, manageable, and the smell was amazing. I will also say the smell wasn't overpowering, and did lessen by the end of the day.

For the price, this stuff is amazing. I've had two bottles of this, each lasting over a year! You really need to only use a little bit, and only on the ends of your hair, otherwise things get oily/greasy fast. But it's nicely scented and does the trick if you're someone with frizz/flyaways.

I have a head full of kinky coils so frizz is something that I battle every time I let my fro loose. The product seems like it would be good for all hair types based off of the packaging but it's not.

I would not recommend putting this serum on the roots. It is lightweight, but still a serum! It smells amazing, vaguely fruity. I apply two to three pumps along the length of the hair before blow drying. It makes everything so smooth. I really like it and would recommend.

Who wants to smell cherry all day????? PLEASE, BRING BACK THE OLD SCENT!!!!! I cannot use this anymore and I have used Sleek & Shine serum for a few years. I am on the lookout for a new product on account of the scent change. Believe me, I have changed products because of the change in scent. I used to use St. Ives body lotion and don't use it anymore because they changed the scent to a more perfume-y scent. Now you're doing the same except it's a STRONG cherry scent. PLEASE CONSIDER GOING BACK TO THE OLD SCENT!!!!! A dissatisfied consumer, Nancy

I don’t think I would use it for down hair styles as it would be easy to look greasy if not used sparingly. Maybe when paired with hairspray!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that the sleek and shine serum is amazing! I have really thick hair, and one pump distributed throughout all of my hair. The smell is pleasant, it smells like argon oil, which could be too strong for some people, I love the smell though! The consistency is like thicker oil. I pumped one pump into my hands, ran it throughout my hair, and I noticed that it made my hands fell softer too. BONUS! I usually let my hair air dry because I don't like using that much heat on my hair, as it is damaged somewhat, but i don't like that my hair always gets frizzy and poofy when I let it air dry. I used this, let it air dry, and my hair was smooth, sleek, and shiny. Since my hair is so thick that sometimes, it doesn't even let me run my fingers through it, when I use this, I can, it's easy. I love the smell, the amount that you can use for your entire head, and the fact that it leaves it feeling luxurious.

I comb it through my hair when it is damp and then blow dry it, I have definitely noticed a difference in the frizz. It doesn’t make my hair feel greasy after I’ve used it. I would recommend this product!

I have very long hair that tends to get extremely frizzy and unmanageable after I wash it ,so this product was ideal to tame the frizz.I found that it's important to make sure to only use a small amount,because it can make your hair looks slightly greasy if you use too much of the serum at one time.I usually tend to use only on the ends of my hair and it works great to avoid the greasy look as well as make my hair look smooth and silky. Overall a great product,just make sure not to use too much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells nice- I think it smells like fresh apples. The product is easy to work with and does a fairly good job of managing frizz. I have used products which tame frizz a little better, but this works great for the price.
