This was bought by my boyfriend for himself but I use it occasionally. It really leaves the hair feeling so soft and smooth. No more frizz and doesn't give the hair that greasy look like most over sheen and smoothing creams and serums products out there. It is light weight even after applying, by mistake, a lot of this stuff. I don't have to wash my hair so often. I'm on day four since the last washing day and my hair doesn't feel at all as oily and greasy as the days when this isn't worn. I never knew this serum was an oil absorber, but apparently it is. This also works well on my boyfriends thick dark hair, which frizzes and dries easily in the tiniest of humid air. Being that we live in Florida our hair faces 70 to 80 percent humidity. Not a very pretty sight. Plus my boyfriends' hair tangles like a ball of sewing thread with ease. After using this stuff over time I had noticed his hair is straighter and smoother. I could run my fingers through his shoulder length hair without getting them stuck... no more tangles in his strands. This also works well for dyed hair that is too dry or brittle. The really damaged bleached hair will benefit this serum a lot. I use very little of it and it'll last for days. Best leave-in ever! I will definitely buy one of my own right after the Sleek & Shine Blow Dry Perfector™ Straightening Balm and Sleek & Shine Flat Iron Perfector Straightening Mist run out. The only downfall was I needed less than a full pump. When I used a whole pump it make my hair feel greasy. After finding the right amount for my hair I was sold. It’s easy to apply and even if you needed a full pump the bottle would still last a very long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Garnier Frutctis Sleek and Shine is a great product. I've been using it for a few days right after i shower and let me tell you its works! I have thick frizzy hair and since then i have noticed a diffrence. I love the smell as well. Tge only cons are that if you apply a bit to much your hair can look very greasy so you do have to be a bit careful. With that being said a plus on that is that the bottle will last you a long time because you don't need alot of product. Overall its a good product.

My hair is very curly and blonde and is the only product that works for me. It truly is amazing on curly hair,non greasy and lightweight and is worth every penny.BUT please can we have it back in the UK.!

Who wants to smell cherry all day????? PLEASE, BRING BACK THE OLD SCENT!!!!! I cannot use this anymore and I have used Sleek & Shine serum for a few years. I am on the lookout for a new product on account of the scent change. Believe me, I have changed products because of the change in scent. I used to use St. Ives body lotion and don't use it anymore because they changed the scent to a more perfume-y scent. Now you're doing the same except it's a STRONG cherry scent. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this serum because it has a silicone-like slip that helps to de tangle my hair when it's wet fresh out of the shower (my hair gets very tangled when wet) The smell is divine it smells fruity without smelling artificial. It doesn't weigh down my hair so I can maintain both volume and smoothness. Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking for smooth shiny hair.

I have curly hair and apply the serum before a gel or mouse. I notice a difference in how frizzy my hair gets when I don't use this. It also extends my hair style so I feel like when wash day comes along my hair isn't as crazy frizzy. It washes out easily, I notice some serums leave a waxy finish on hair but I didn't notice that with this. The scent is amazing and isn't too strong for me. I also like the price point on these products, these will be my go to drugstore line from now on.
