The serum DOES give my hair a beautiful shine, and DOES keep frizz/flyaways to a minimum. I really love the shine and feel that this gives my hair, buuut I wish that it actually helped to condition my hair.

This product made the frizz go away and kept my hair from getting oily with only one pump of product!!!! The only thing I do not like is oil texture it gives to your hands after applying it to your hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Anti-Frizz Serum. I intended to use this product in place of my normal nightly oil (which was either argan oil or coconut oil), which I apply to damp hair after I shower. I thought the packaging was nice and the pump made the oil easy to dispense. The oil had a refreshing, fruity scent that tends to characterize Garnier products, and I enjoyed it. Immediately after applying the oil, I noticed that this product felt much thicker and greasier than my normal oil. I had hoped that it would settle in. When I woke up the next morning and brushed my hair out, it felt rather heavy and looked greasy. As the day worn on, my hair actually became frizzier than normal and was quite greasy in spots. I only wash my hair every other day normally, but I had to wash my hair the next night after using this product. It was rainy that day, but my hair looked and felt far worse than it typically would on a rainy day. Overall, there just were no benefits for me personally. The packaging was nice and the scent was nice. The formula was absolutely terrible for my hair.

I love that it did not make my hair greasy or even appearing that way! Overall i would recommend this frizz serum to anyone with some crazy looking hair on humid days if you want to just feel and look beauitful without the frizz! It worked wonders on my hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that I have dry wavy/curly hair with a lot of frizz that I bleach on occasion and flat iron multiple times a week. I have to have a Anti-Frizz product in my routine or I look like a wet cat that just came out of a dryer. I absolutely love Garnier Fructis Anti-Frizz Serum! It keeps my frizz down 100%. No joke. I wish I could describe the smell because it is amazing. The best I can come up with is a fruity clean smell. My hair loves Garnier Fructis Anti-Frizz Serum! It soaks up the argan oil and leaves my hair so soft that there is no need for me to add a Serum product after I flat iron. The directions say to use one pump of product (I use it on wet hair when I get out of the shower) but I feel my hair (below shoulder) only needs one-half pump so I see this product lasting a good while. Overall I am extremely happy with this product and I plan to use it as long as it is on the market or as long as it performs the way it does.

This product used to be 5 star. I’ve used it every single day for a decade and it’s been my one and only constant in my hair care journey. BUT you ruined it!!! It honestly makes me very upset. Why oh why oh why did you add keratin/protein?!? This product was absolutely perfect the way it was. My hair is protein sensitive and If I had to guess? A lot more people are going to discover that they are also protein sensitive bc every product out there now is loaded with the stuff. It’s just not necessary for this serum. Please please please make it without it!!! This is my hands down single favorite hair care product ever and I’ve been questioning using it every time now because it’s just not the same and protein really changes my hair texture to straw. Whereas before this had the protein it absorbed instantly into my low porosity hair whereas other oils and serums just sit on top. I can’t use coconut oil either because it won’t absorb. But my hair will just drink this product up and is so shiny and soft and smells so good. But you had to go and ruin it

It was so simple to use, a little squirt, rubut through damp hair, style, done. No matter how I styled my hair, with or without heat the result was beautiful. My hair was smooth, frizz-free, and never felt weighed down or oily. I have already recommended this to multiple people and now I recommend it to you! Don't just take my word for it, try it for yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll admit that prior to first use, I thought there was no way the Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Frizz Tamer Slick Serum Wand for Flyaways could deliver on taming the flyaway baby hairs WITHOUT turning into an oil slick. I was completely blown away after seeing how well it performed, doing just what it said it would. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of five, is because of the mascara-wand style applicator: it wants to grab the hairs as it lays down it’s magic and in my opinion it is definitely more suited for use on loose hair that is down; you have to be very careful if trying to use on hair in a ponytail or all the good the Frizz Tamer Slick Serum is doing won’t matter as you’ll be stuck redoing the ponytail. While I don’t know if I’d repurchase this item, I’ll definitely use up what I’ve got, and I’d still recommend it for anyone who wants frizz control for their fine, frizzy hair that they wear down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The great scent of the Anti-Frizz Serum is the first thing I noticed. Love it. The application of the serum is easy enough, too, but it was only effective and looked okay when I applied a little bit to wet or damp hair, NOT dry hair. It made my hair seem greasy/oily when I applied it while dry. Would also recommend blow drying it after applying instead of letting it naturally dry, so that it doesn't weigh down the hair too much. One other thing of note was the fact that many of the ingredients are unrecognizable. Overall, it's effective for curbing frizz, but as far as all-around sleekness and texture, it was hit or miss.
