I have only had the tires for one week. The initial ride is similar to the OEM Michelin's I got with my Acura TL. Only have 200 miles on the new Goodyear tires in dry & hot conditions, but initial road test is good.

The majority of the tread on these is only cut in for half the depth of the tread life. Therefore once your tire is about half way to the wear indicators, it essentially becomes a drag slick with only verticle tread and no horizontal tread except the very far edges. It makes the tire dangerous for nearly half it's lifespan. An absolute joke for something categorized as "all season". Any gravel, sand, dirt,snow or water on the road is a hazard once you hit that point. I've never seen such a poor tire design before. When I contacted Goodyear they didn't care because it isn't a defect, it is just poor design.

I had these tires put on my Volvo S60 at 129,000 miles. At 156,000 miles, picked up a piece of metal in the side wall enough to cause a slow leak (add air every 7-10 days). Took the car back to Sams, and even nearly 30k miles later, tread wear was still in the first 25% and the tire replacement was free as the original metal rendered the tire irreparable. Great service from Sams and the tires have held up INCREDIBLY well. Excellent ride; very quiet, smooth, and handles excellently in snow, ice, and water. I’d buy these tires again in a heartbeat.
