It is not just sweet and creamy like most "mid" alternatives. It has a bit of a bitter taste to balance it out. Like real root beer is supposed to have. The only brand I like more is IBC which which has a similar flavor profile, but also comes in glass bottles.

Barq’s rootbeer has the classic, bold rootbeer flavor with just the right amount of bite. It’s crisp, refreshing and being back that nostalgic soda fountain feeling with every sip.

By far the best root beer out there. The flavor is phenomenal. It has a bite to it that other brands can’t beat. If Barq’s is out of stock I buy a different flavor of soda. Barq’s is the only brand I like. Highly recommended

I absolutely love, bark, sweet bear. The only problem that I have with it, is that the stores in the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee doesn't seem to keep it in stock. As if they are not aware, of the fact that many many people, drink this drink.

Ii only drink Barq's rootbeer bcos the other brands are too sweet, Barq's is just the right sweetness without tasting like pure sugar. It has alot of carbonation and wen i chug it, it makes me burp, but thats what i like lol. It feels good to make myself burp . Over all , it has good flavor and is a good value for the price

Yeah, but the soda multiple times. It’s great for get-togethers and it’s one of my Husband’s favorite soda. Also great just to add some vanilla ice cream too for an ice cream float. Has that crisp root beer flavored with a little bit of cake to it and a great treat.

I love Berks root beer over any of the other root beers because it has just the right amount of carbonation and the taste is different unique and I like that compared to the other ones. There’s nothing wrong with the other ones. They’re good too. It’s just my preference is barks.

when its not on sale i wont pay 8! dollars a 12 pack but on sale it is very good root beer great favor just wish the manufactures of name brand aodas wouldn't try and get amao much more than the doscount brands charge for there sodaa

The only reason I bought this a root beer is because I love you was over eight dollars a pack so I got this to be completely honest. I was not impressed with this particular Britain.
