Out of all the hamburger buns I ever bought, these stay fresh the longest, even in the refrigerator

The bagger put them with juice they was flat like a pancake

I have used these buns many times in the past and I have not had any problems but this time I bought them for Mothers Day weekend BBQ , and they crumbled, disintegrated, fell apart as soon as you put food on them. Taking them out of the bag I could already tell that something was wrong with them. They were way too soft. I don't know what was wrong but all three bags were the same way and I have never had that problem before.
