These are a family and guest favorite. People seriously believe I have shipped in sausage and should sale my preparation of these with onions and peppers. These have the perfect balance of flavor and are so lean! Zero gristle! We have done in air fryer, Instant pot, and roasted with white wine, basil Garlic, and peppers.

I use this italian sausage to make pasta, to tell you the truth and it does the job. Not as flavorful as other italian sausages but when using it with a recipe this works well. I love to freeze them and have them on hand when I'm gonna make a simple meatball pasta dish.

These sausages are usually pretty good. This time, when I picked up my online order, I noticed the sausages in the package looked kind of gray instead of the normal light red color. It was as though the sausages had been sitting out of refrigerator for a while. I knew then that I should not have accepted them, but the package felt cold so I didn't say anything. When i cooked them, the sausage tasted "old," not fresh. We didn't get sick, so I'll use the rest. I just won't accept a package that doesn't look fresh next time. Sam's fault for selling it, my fault for buying it.

No flavor. I quite eating after first bite.

The smell of meat and the disgusting taste were so bad that the Italian sausage-loving family couldn't eat it and eventually threw it away in the trash can.
