These tires are so much quieter than our original tires, after around 1500 miles on them the handling was as good if not better than the original Continentals that came on the vehicle

The durability of the is everything I expected. Grip going around corners have no slip. Stability at high speeds are great. Traction is great on slippery and snowy roads in Michigan. Long last wear is what I wanted in a tire.

These tires are absolute garbage in the rain after 3 months. Whatever changed from previous defenders they should go back to. I tried with 90+ percent treadwear to have them warrantied and the credit offered was insulting. I have used defenders for ages but Michelin has lost me as a customer for life. Bas bad as the OE Hankook tires in civics. Never again. Premium price for awful wet performance.

Have Acura MDX. 150,000 km on set of Michelin defenders. They are still in excellent condition, many km's left. Excellent traction, smooth and quiet. Trust these for your family. Work well in snow, my wife has cross climate on her car which are slightly better in deep snow. But not as quiet or smooth. Take your pick.

My first set of these tires came with the car when I bought it new. I put 55,000 miles on them before I replaced them. Back in the day, I would have driven until I had a flat, but no more. I could have put another 5 K on them, but safety first. Also the traction was a little off.

I am a dedicated Michelin fan. I think they are the absolute BEST tires in the world. I bought a set of Michelin Defender 2 tires for my 2020 GMC Terrain, but unfortunately, I was rear-ended on the freeway with less than 1,000 miles on the new tires. The car was declared "Total Loss" by the insurance company. Now, I have to wear down the tires on my replacement car's off-brand tires so I can put Michelins on it.
