We’re firm when purchased but several were soft and mushy within a day or two.

Very few ripened. Became over ripe and brown without becoming ripe

There were not ripe and ended up going bad before they could be eaten.

Perfect. Just ripe enough for them to ripen completely 2 at a time.

Bad taste. Woody. Then they spoiled instead of ripening.

Too ripe. Rotted within a couple of days.
